Works great so far
Product arrived undamaged in shipment with all required parts. I started a mead on the same day and it's been fermenting for three days so far. No signs of leaks near the spigot (the instructions helped explain the assembly and urged to check for leaks before use). The legs were easy to assemble and despite their size seem to handle the weight of the must very easily. Looking to handle primary fermentation in this one and transfer the ~1-gallon batches for adding fruit and backsweetening later. The vessel is pretty thick for as light as it is. About as thick as a normal Tupperware bowl, but the bottom (cone shaped) part is much thicker and the thickness sort of tapers off as you near the lid. The spigot assembly can seemingly be replaced for about 3.00 USD, but seems pretty solid. The spout fits right into my 1/2 inch (inner diameter) transfer tubing pretty snug--so much I had to hold the spout while removing the tube in fear of bending the spigot accidentally. I really like the adhesive thermometer. Very simple but effective. The wide mouth made it much easier to reach in for deep cleaning before use. One small concern I had was attempting to slide the vessel into the rack while the spigot is attached, I had to tilt the entire vessel slightly to ensure the spigot didn't catch on the rack and bend it accidentally, although I'm not sure there is really anything that can be done to address it. Another mild concern is the included pamphlet showcasing the design and included parts lists the container as a 3-gallon vessel. This can likely hold three gallons but leaves almost no head space, and I purchased 3-gallons of water along with enough honey for a 3-gallon batch, which left me adding more honey than I originally intended. There are raised markings on the rear of the vessel noting these measurements. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product and excited to see how this batch goes.

Nice addition to the wine making equipment
Awesome little conical fermenter. Made several batches of mead and wine in it and it didnโt leak or add any off flavors. The spigot was above the lees most of the time and made it very easy to rack. It is on the pricey side but I expect to use it for many years.

Works well
For various reasons, I don't always want to use my 6 gallon fermenter. This fits the bill for smaller batches. Easy assembly, no leaks and good beer. I'm happy with the purchase!

Very low quality plastic
Used this for mead, over about 12 months. With ferment time about a year, and 5 batches. Never used the spigot other than to clean it for sanitation. The spigot failed sitting on a shelf and dripped until empty. When I inspected it found it was cracked through the threads. Plastic of this unit is very low quality.

Turned out to be quite a nice little fermenter.
Had been looking for a small 2.5 gallon fermenter (aside from my old 3 gallon bucket) to experiment with some recipes when I saw this one. Honestly, I was kind of kind of skeptical at first but so far, after several batches, it's worked great. I threw away that red little "air-lock" button that came with right from the get-go and just use a regular bubbler / stopper. Also, a few reviewers complaining about the lid not sealing but on the first and second use i had no issues with it. The third time, I noticed I wasn't getting as much air-lock activity so I took a piece of saran wrap doubled it over and spritzed it with starsan. Then spread it on top of the opening and carefully screwed the lid back down snug over it. Worked like a charm. Air-lock was back to bubbling full force. Been using it like that ever since. I haven't had to buy any of the lid gaskets so far as the wrap seals the lid fine. There are volume marks embossed into the wall but you can barely make them out. I went over them with a sharpie. Valve works fine so far, no leaks. No problems draining it to 2.5 kegs. I do wish they had added a yeast dump into the bottom of this one to make harvesting / rinsing easier but, meh...All in all, it's not a bad little fermenter and works as it's supposed to. When it does finally "die" I'd buy another. Personally, I like it better than using the 3 gallon white bucket, though I guess you could use the 3 gallon as a primary then rack into this as a secondary. Was shipped on time and came on schedule. Came in its product box inside a second larger well packed box.

Fantastic performance.
I had read some reviews and had reservations. Stories of it leaking and such. Now you put it together so if you pay attention and put the gasket on properly it should last for quite some time unless something physically happens to it. But to be honest with you this thing has been fantastic. It's easy and handy to use I like to let my wine sit in it to clarify. And when you find that perfect yeast the cone makes it easy for recovering it. Or use it as a yeast manufacture. Let alone if you desire you could even use it as a drink dispenser.

VERY Handy
This thing does 2 and a half gallons of hard cider in 10-14 days and clean-up is quick and easy. No need to "rack" because of the conical shape AND if you want to, you can re-use the drub at the bottom for a next batch instead of adding new yeast. Very nice. I don't use anything else anymore.

Cheap but (and) good!
Other reports show that this is a very cheap design. Yes, it is, but it works very well. Yes, you can break it easily, but if you are careful, it works just like the $200 conical. I like it, because you can experiment with smaller batches. I now have 3 of them, all in production. And yeast harvesting works just fine without a ball.
