Will this set also fit the ES-LA63 or is the LA63-S different?

I just bought this set, and the outer foil was a completely different design so it would not fit my ES-LA63

Has anyone else noticed that these replacement blades are getting really dull around the 6 month mark, compared to a new set?

Mine last 2 or more years because after every shave I hold the shaver head (foil & blades) in a small bowl with rubbing alcohol and run the razor for about 30 seconds. Then I remove the foil and do it again, submerging the exposed blades in the alcohol and running the razor another 30 seconds or so. I let them air dry, put the foil back on and put my razor away.

Panasonic should sell the foil separately from the blades since the foil should be replace annually and the blades every two years. Is it available?
