We bought this product to replace our Concertone zx 600, it came with wiring harness plug and play was so easy to install.Works great Bt link app installed and connected to ours phones immediately. If you are looking for an update to your rv and replacing concertone fits perfectly in pocket, a little like jenga trying to get all cords back in place to push radio in but a bit of patience and awesome. This unit was cheaper for me to order from Amazon with shipping than from purchasing in Canada.

I enjoyed how easy it was to install and fit the original wiring harnesses. It does well syncing up the TV now through the HDMI ARC for full sound. Only issue I had is the remote does not work and would like this replaced, if possible, without returning the whole stereo which is now installed and the original packaging discarded. Please advise if this is possible. Thank you again for such a great product!

Bought this to replace my broken Genesis 3.0 system. All necessary adapters were there and had the unit installed in less than 15 minutes. Everything worked perfectly, except for the remote....and I am pretty sure it is the CR2032(??) battery that just needs replacing. The remote does work...just needs a new battery. I would have replaced it, but I did the install out in the middle of nowhere. The instruction booklet could use some work. While it is complete, whomever printed it and stapled it together didn't know what they were doing. Some pages are upside-down and some backwards. I seldom read the directions anyway! Haha! In my humble opinion, this unit is Way, WAY better than the Genesis GT 3.0 that it is replacing.

We chose this unit to upgrade from an old Concertone in our RV. The wiring harness was not interchangeable but it was easy enough to match up the colored wires. It seemed to work with the minimal, preliminary testing we did but we had to wait for additional cables to complete the setup with the rest of the system. (Plus, the weather was frigid!) Once we could work on it again, it was out of Amazon's return window. Unfortunately, we discovered that it was defective and would not load a DVD. Amazon directed us to Patrick Industries/QAV for warranty support. They promptly sent out a replacement unit with a shipping label for returning the defective unit. We just installed it today and it seems to work fine.

No audio output after 4 months. Sent company a message, and a mention of a product review I'm doing. I'll update/change this review If I encounter a true response to resolve the issue. At this time, I'd suggest finding a better product for your RV, unless you like to be frustrated with the unit turning on in the middle of night, or day. The remote not initiating the function you expected, or the remote not working at all.. The unit also takes a hard lock on any Bluetooth connection you've initialized with the system. If the unit is on, it grabs my TV audio, without initiating.. Not happy with it. So I'm looking forward to see what level of integrity the company shows... Tc!cc The first month of use wasn't bad, but after that point, pure disappointment.

Bought this to replace my road-weary Concertone ZX700. I'm sure I won't use all the different inputs available, but it works well for what I need it for. Very grateful for the included adaptive harnesses - I initially dropped the ones I needed while I was unboxing it, and for a day I thought I was going to need to butt-splice all the wires myself. Was very relieved when I found them in the corner next to the couch!

This entertainment system was a direct replacement for my genesis system. It came with a variety of connections so it could be used in just about any placement of a radio AM/FM DVD multiple system. The only thing I really needed was a double male RCA for the optical connection.

Product fit perfect to replace old one. Wiring harness made hook up easy. Hdmi inputs allows blue-ray . A little pricey, but works well!

Replaced original unit fits perfectly. Multiple wire harness allowed me to plug and play without having to join any wires, works well thank you.

This item ships to Australia however it will not support Region 4 Australia and setup only has NTSC option wher Australia is PAL./ I have requested a firmware or code update . I am still waiting

Install this in my RV and it works great. I tried it out on the Bluetooth. It works great. I figured out all my wiring. Reconnected it all to their wiring. Wasn’t that difficult and it works perfectly fine. Sound sounds great.
