I have tried a couple different Ashwagandha supplements in the past without noticing much of a difference (if any at all). They were not KSM-66. I decided to give this herb another try and bought this product. It turns out that this product works really well for me! Even after 3 days of taking two or three capsules a day I can notice a massive difference in my stress levels and I am sleeping far better. It seems to boost my mood too. Some people find it takes a week or so for their body to adapt to this herb and to start feeling less stressful but I find it works within an hour for me. Start with a small dose (one a day) and see how you react to it. Everyone's bodies and minds are different. For example some people can have a negative reaction to this herb and get more anxious. WARNING: do not take this herb if you are taking any MAOI or SSRI type medications. Also this herb is known to affect the thyroid gland so also be careful if you have any thyroid issues. Always consult doctor before starting a supplement if you are on any medication.

I decided to try these after reading about the many benefits of taking Ashwagandha, which includes helping the body manage and adapt to stress by balancing the immune system. I also read Ashwagandha has a natural pain reliever (analgesic) properties. Unfortunately I have only been taking them for three days which is not long enough to write a review. I plan to write a review after I have taken it for at least a month. Update: My husband and I have been taking the capsules for over a month. Ashwagandha is suppose to be a powerful adaptogenic herb, meaning it helps your body manage and adapt to stress by balancing your immune system, metabolism and hormonal systems. We have been taking one capsule each every morning and it seems to have helped with stress. We feel very relaxed all day and sleeps well at nights. We are happy to recommend these capsules and will continue to keep taking them. My husband and I have now been taking these capsules for over 3 months. They arrive every month on time and are packaged well. We firmly believe supplementing with Ashwagandha is an effective way to improve health and quality of life. Very happy to recommend taking them.

Have only been taking this for 2 weeks and I can confirm that it is good quality. the Sellers have been in regular contact ensuring customer satisfaction which is incredibly re-assuring and rare nowadays. Good family business -would definitely buy from them again. I have been taking 2 tablets each morning. But think I will take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I do feel less stressed and more positve, whether down to tablets or just difference in work flow remains to be seen. Will keep taking them and hope to see further benefits.

I don't really write reviews and to be honest, I never really expect anything from it. Just giving it a try. (Let me tell you, I am a really nervous and stressful person and I have been struggling to fall asleep at night for years). After taking these supplements for a while, I truly feel more relaxed and it helps me sleep better and wake up in the next morning with real energy. Simply no other medication can really be as effective as this one. Now, I am not saying that anyone who take this supplement is guaranteed to make them calm down, relax or fall asleep instantly. Nope, that is because everyone has a different body mechanism and it may have different effects on different people. But for me personally as a really nervous person, it does works well. The thing is that you have to take this supplement in a regular basis in order to start taking effect. It's not like taking only 1 pill and boom you are good enough so that's not how it's supposed to be. I write this review in hope to help those people who has been struggling with stress and insomnia in their life because I know how it is like to suffer from it. Hope it helps :)

I had heard great things about this product so decided to have a go. To be honest I haven't really noticed a difference in how I feel. Maybe on a cellular level things may have been improved but without a blood test we'll never know. This brand are great quality and there is nothing wrong I just didn't feel a change.

After a lot of research about Ashwanghanda I decided to give this product a try. It meet all of my requirements of being organic, using the root only and a certified strength. Not on that but the price is competitive and I liked the ethos of the company. The only reason I have not given any stars for Absorbency is because I honestly have no way of knowing that so prefer not offer a rating. All I can say is that I will be buying more of this product.

I've been on and off ashwagandha over the years and it does work, don't expect them to hit you hard as it's a subtle feeling, I get some social anxiety and tend to worry about things too much but when I've taken 2 of these everything flows better in life, I can hold conversations better, if something bad happens I won't get so down about it, they help me keep a more positive attitude. Also seems to help with recovery rates when working out. You do build a tolerence after a few weeks so I suggest not taking them every day or taking a week break now and again. This particular brand seem to work great, most brands with ksm66 will do the trick. I take 2 in the morning and 2 around 5pm
