Works fine. I gave this to someone who needed it. I think it was refurbished or used, something like that. I paid around $120 for it. It still works with no problems.

We upgraded. So far best choice we have made in awhile. Speed is fast, lightweight, easy to set up. Love it!

If I can choose no stars I would have! This laptop is a FRAUD! TRASH! A month after I brought this laptop, storage was full! I could not work on this laptop. Called the seller, spoke to someone (a supposedly Tech) he had no care at all! He told me I would have to buy an add on which I did and that worked all of 2 weeks! This product is a SCAM! They told me I couldnt return because it's been past the 30 days! AMAZON NEED TO STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Nice laptop for the money

I was able to get the laptop set up and all the updates were downloaded. Came back the next day to log in but to my surprise the pin/password box was greyed out and unable to log in. Restarted x2 and shut it down but still unable to log in. Called Hp support after being frustrated with their online support. Guess what...they kept saying that the warranty was active, but my issue was something that required being transferred to the support department which required purchasing a support plan. Brand new laptop that won't allow login and Hp wants to upsell a support plan. Please, give me a break, returned!!!!!

You would think that a manual would come with the computer. Maybe it does if you wade through all the "Support" pages that offer no support but just frustration. Take you down the rabbit hole. Like I have time to figure out how to work their maze of non-logic. Geeze, it's frustrating when such simple things are made to be impossible. I did find something on line, but it's for a generic type computer, not the EXACT computer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is you get what you paid for. This computer is dirt cheap. - high value. Hard to beat the price. HP used to be a good company when they came out with the HP 35 and 15c calculators back in the 80s. After that they just haven't figured out how to communicate. If you want real customer support from HP, don't waste your time looking for it. Doesn't exist.

Works well and easy setup

La memoria eMMC puede ser un problema, se satura con el sistema operativo Windows y el office y tienes que e buscar otras alternativas para resguardar tus archivos de trabajo. También queda un mínimo de espacio para instalar otras aplicaciones.
