Does it has built-in usb with choice of serial, parallel, 0 or ethernet?

No ethernet. Does have parallel and usb. If u need ethernet you will need the ethernet model which is way more expensive. We did set it up with ethernet with D-Link DP-301P+ 10/100TX 1-Centronic Port Print Server. Just plug it in parallel port and connect to router so i can share the printer between several pcs.
