I’m not sure what specifically helped, but I’m back for a second bottle of this multivitamin! I absolutely love how it makes me feel. I’ve noticed better sleep and a huge boost in energy. After trying different multivitamins to find the right fit, this one is definitely the winner! It took about three weeks, but I started to see a significant improvement in both my mood and energy levels—all for the better. I highly recommend this product to any woman who hasn’t been feeling quite like herself lately.

My bloodwork came back pretty great! I take these supplements when I remember and eat more carbs than I probably should, not on a WFPB diet. I don't eat a whole lot of leafy greens and anemia runs in the family, but my iron levels were right where they should be. I can only attribute that to the vitamins. The only caveat is that my B12 levels were on the low end of the normal range. However everyone's body works a little differently. Others who take this everyday and eat more fortified foods may not have the same issue though.

Not easy to swallow, can't return, will never order again

I used this product for its multiple ingredients and potential benefits to my energy levels. I love that it has so many vitamins and nutrients in one tablet and that 1 bottle is a 2 months supply! This provides value to me and my pocketbook! The tablet is large, and is somewhat rough-textured. It does have some slight smoothness to it, which helps it go down better. I don't mind the taste or the sent of the vitamin, but those who do have an issue, may need to take this with some juice. It's suggested on the bottle, to take the tablet with meals or between meals, to avoid stomach upset or and or getting the burps that taste like the product. Sometimes, ingredients in multivitamins can cause nausea and vomiting, so take these with caution until you know you can tolerate them well. I haven't really noticed any difference since taking it, but I've only been taking it for 3 days now. I'll update the review if anything changes! I did have a small concern about this having calcium in it, as calcium can have a negative effect on the absorption of iron and fiber supplements. It can also lessen the effect of a medicine called levothyroxine, which is taken when your thyroid stops working as well, or stops working all together. Absorbing this medication is crucial in the role of metabolism, regulating body temperature and a host of other functions in the body. The calcium in this is pretty minuscule though, so it should be ok. Just be sure to keep an eye on your thyroid levels, with your doctor, to make sure you stay stable. Overall, I would recommend this supplement to people who would like the added benefit of a large number of vitamins and nutrients in one caplet. Please talk with your doctor and or pharmacist before using the product, if you have a medical condition or take medication.
