Excellent product to consider
This ARZOPA Z1FC is an excellent product. Several strengths: - 144Hz refresh rate provides good video display in gaming, meeting and streaming playback. - Color depth synchronizes with my MacBook Air display. - It has built-in stand for horizontal and vertical display. - It provides usb4 type c cable and hdmi (mini) cable. - It has great price in previous Spring Sale. - Its weight is light and portable. However, it has improvement areas: - it needs to manually to switch horizontal and vertical display as it has no sensor on its portrait or landscape position. If it may increase the weight to add new sensor, I think lighter is still better. - It has speakers. Though they are clear, you will prefer to use linked laptop or phone for playback.

Great mix of quality, features, and form factor (version: ARZOPA 16.1'' 144Hz)
At an event last year, I saw one of my colleagues using a thin, portable second screen. She was working on her laptop with a document open on the second screen—simple, clean, efficient. I’d never seen one before. I immediately wanted one. The one I got is lightweight, fits in a padded sleeve in my backpack, and plugs in via USB-C. It features physical buttons for brightness, an adjustable stand that supports both portrait and landscape modes, and a crisp resolution. I travel with a 15-inch MacBook Pro, and even that’s not enough real estate sometimes. This second monitor gives me the same joyful efficiency I have at home with two screens—presentation on one, notes on the other; email and calendar on one, documents on the other—but now I can do it anywhere: airport lounges, client offices, coffee shops, hotel desks, meeting rooms, mother’s dining room table, and on and on. I purchased a higher-end model for around $100 because I use it frequently and wanted better image quality. I also got my wife a mid-tier version for around $75. Both work beautifully.

Great Work Monitor!
Honestly surprised at the overall build quality, something so light and portable yet strikingly powerful all at the same time. I think it provides better picture quality than the actual monitor attached to my laptop lol. Super easy to connect and love that only one cable out of the 3 that are provided is needed to power the whole thing. I like that it gives me multiple ways to power the monitor. It's been a few days since I've received it and now it makes me wonder how on earth I ever worked with 1 screen at a time.

ARZOPA 16.1'' 144Hz Portable Gaming Monitor
The ARZOPA 16.1’’ 144Hz Portable Gaming Monitor is an impressive option for gamers and professionals who want performance without sacrificing portability. The standout feature is its 144Hz refresh rate, which delivers ultra-smooth visuals that make fast-paced games feel fluid and responsive. Whether you’re gaming, streaming, or multitasking, the difference is immediately noticeable. The 16.1-inch Full HD display offers vibrant colors, sharp details, and wide viewing angles, making it great not just for gaming but also for work, content creation, and entertainment. Despite its slim and lightweight design, the monitor feels solid and well-built, making it easy to carry in a backpack for travel or remote setups. Connectivity is another strong point. With USB-C and HDMI support, it works seamlessly with laptops, PCs, gaming consoles, and even some mobile devices—often with a single cable for both power and display. Setup is quick and hassle-free, which adds to its appeal as a true plug-and-play monitor. Overall, the ARZOPA 16.1’’ 144Hz Portable Gaming Monitor delivers excellent performance, convenience, and value. It’s a fantastic choice for gamers who want smooth gameplay on the go, as well as anyone looking to expand their screen space with a high-quality portable display.

Great monitor for any price.
Love this screen for both my Steam Deck and as an external monitor for the laptop. Passthrough USB-C ports limit the number of cables you have to carry, low power consumption from the laptop. Very light weight, tuck it in the luggage or laptop backpack. Great price for a quality monitor.

Works perfectly right out of the box!
I recently had to switch my work laptop to a 13 in and so needed a good-sized, easy external monitor. I looked at a lot of options but ended up with the Arzopa 16in. First, it was so easy to get connected (even with my locked-down work laptop). It came with all the cables I needed so it really was plug and play. After connection, I realized that I love it! Its very stylish, the kickstand works perfectly, the display itself looks great, the settings are easy to adjust (brightness, etc) and it even has audio-out! It'll fit perfectly into my backpack for travel, too. Highly recommend.

Incredible value, amazing monitor for the price (Arzopa 1080p 144hz monitor w/ freesync and HDR)
Let me start out by saying the build quality is phenomenal. The packaging makes it feel like you just dropped at least $300 on this thing. The lightweight build is actually lightweight, the screen is bright and vibrant, the bezels are small, and the device itself is incredibly thin. I'll preface this with one thing- you need need need to get a Viture USB-C adapter with power delivery (yes the one for the XR Glasses) or something similar. It's not required, the screen can work with just power delivery from the device itself- but you'll be sorely missing out. A USB-C adapter with power delivery allows you to take full advantage of the monitors capabilities without sacrificing display features on your PC or console itself ROG Ally connected with the adapter: 1080p 144hz or 120hz w/ FreeSync Variable Refresh rate and HDR in full 30W power mode with the official ROG Ally AC adapter. Just make sure you turn on FreeSync in the monitor's OSD and HDR if you want it. With the Switch: 1. A Nintendo Switch Dock is required if you don't have a USB-C adapter with power delivery 2. I had to turn off the Switch TV power mode settings because this locks the switch if the screen turns off- and it might as you attempt to connect it 3. The connection didn't work at first (at least for me) unless I set the Switch TV Settings resolution mode to 480p before connecting- then switched it back to 1080p once on the screen was visible- BUT 4. Once it works it works! No compromises. Even with the standard Nintendo Switch 5W AC adapter 5. If you don't like that you need the AC adapter I believe you'll just need to find a portable battery with decent hi wattage power delivery. I've read the 20000mah Anker works- I̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶t̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶u̶p̶d̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶r̶e̶v̶i̶e̶w̶ ̶o̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶f̶i̶r̶m̶.̶ Can confirm- Anker 20000mah Power bank works! Without an adapter you can still use the screen (not the Switch)- but there will be limitations. I have not thoroughly tested it with the ROG Ally or a different Windows PC but I imagine that if you push the screen too much without some form of external power source it will likely disconnect. This should be expected. The thing is- you'll always need some form of adapter for the devices you connect if they don't have a discrete HDMI out or video out- otherwise you're just draining your laptops battery. It's worth the investment. Other features: Audio - Speakers are nothing to write home about but they get the job done and I'm more than appreciative of that HDR - Again, nothing special- but it does work fine. I'm not super keen on knowing what to look for between SDR and HDR but it does get the job done. 4K / 2K Downscaling - This monitor can support up to 4K resolutions, but downscaled to 1080p. It's great for something like a PS5 or Xbox- consoles that I've found to actually lower graphics settings in some games simply for using 1080p. A good example is Assassins Creed Odyssey, which looks loads better when your console is set to 4K. Refresh Rate - It's no joke. For the first time I can be competitive in Halo Infinite on my ROG Ally. Between free sync and 120hz/144hz picture quality matches my Samsung Odyssey G9. (Side note... would be neat to have an 32:9 portable monitor but I can't imagine that would work without the screen being some sort of foldable) Stand - I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and they must have redone the stand design because it this recent model (As of 3.31.2024) is super sturdy. No separate kick stand you have to carry around- it comes with a long arm that allows you reposition the screen easily depending on the height of the surface the monitor is relative to your eye level. Cables - Includes a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB Type-A to USB-C cable (which I've yet to test), and an HDMI to Mini-HDMI cable. I simply use the USB-C to C cable while connected the Viture USB-C adapter. Warranty - 1 year and can be extended to 2 year with a full refund if issues encountered within 30 days of purchase. If I do have problems I'll update here if the warranty process is a pain. Cons: Honestly- none so far. It does not have a cover so you'll want to order the Arzopa sleeve since the screen is otherwise unprotected. But that's on discount if you purchase the monitor so you can save $4. Overall, this monitor is badass. I will update this review if the device fails or I find issues worth noting. 5 out of 5 stars

Portable and durable
This monitor is very easy to use and very portable. Its large screen is bright and clear. I do not use it for gaming i use it for college. So carrying it around with my laptop and other accessories is easy breezy. Its lightweight and feels sturdy and well built. This is a high quality item that i hope to be using until i graduate college. Kids can use in car for trips to game on is my next test with this monitor.
