Nicely designed for Indian kitchens , This is one of the best food processor in the market and worth buy. It makes lot of daily tasks easy and has lot of features usually seen in high end food processors. I have used it for shredding, chopping and extracting juices and all went smooth. This is a very quality product. It doesn't have even a led light to indicate whether it the power is on or not. Also, they have some technology, so the the power only turns on if the jar is in certain position. Aa it doesn't have led you can't identify what's wrong. I have been using preethi for many years and bought this mainly to use food processor, which is completely waste of money . Iys very cheap don't buy.

Bought the product a while ago, and I am completely satisfied. It is easy to use and efficient, worth every ruppee.

It has been only four months since I purchased this food processor, and already the button on the unit has malfunctioned. A company representative visited ten days ago, but since then, neither has he returned with the necessary parts to carry out the repairs nor has he provided any updates regarding them. The service is absolutely terrible. Earlier, I used to receive frequent calls from the company requesting reviews; now, however, no one responds to any of my inquiries. I am highly dissatisfied with the after-sales service

I have already used Inalsa Food processors previously and I have a great experience with this brand. So I didn't have to think twice before buying this particular product. I have been using Inalsa Inox 1200 for over a month now. It has multiple uses like grinding, blending, mixing, chopping, shredding, slicing, and emulsifying. It is capable of making citrus, centrifugal, and vegetable juice, eliminating the need for separate appliances like atta kneader, mixer grinder, juicer, and chopper. I have personally used it for atta kneading, meat mincing, as juicer including citrus juicer, for masala grinding, chutney making, etc. And believe me this product will never disappoint you. The motor is super powerful and does it's job quite easily and efficiently. The light weight and compact size make it a great thing. The cleaning process too is super easy. It has so many attachments that one gets confused in the beginning. But once you are used to this product, you won't need anything else for your kitchen work. The jar capacity is also larger than that of other reputed brands. A great and a must-have product for every kitchen. 5 stars definitely.
