This machine is fabulous. I’ve done pasta, flatbreads pastry..all perfect

I just bought this and opened it up. The reginette attachment has already been used, it's got dents all over the white roller where the metal roller has been rolled against so clearly someone has used it previously!!! Disappointed. I will speak to customer services and see if anything can be done as it's a beautiful machine and I really want to use it.

All in all, this is a lovely pasta maker and feels like there is many years use in it. However, the ravioli maker we received doesn’t work! One of the small plastic pieces doesn’t touch the roller and so the pasta catches on it jamming the machine, making the ravioli attachment useless. We’ve tried contacting Marcato 3 times using the customer support on their website, using different browsers. We get confirmation that the message had been received each time, but haven’t had a single response more than a month later. We did contact Amazon about returning it but as we’d bought it from Amazon EU (we’re in the UK) the cost to return it was prohibitive (£75 through Royal Mail as it weighs in at 6kg). When I contacted Amazon again they were brilliant and said they would cover the p&p costs but we’ve decided to keep it as the cost has risen and it is cheaper to buy a new ravioli attachment than to get a refund and buy it again. So, 5 starts for Amazon (although we would be more careful about what we buy from Amazon EU)but sadly Marcato have let themselves down.

Bought this product for our daughter and the first time she tried to use it the handle won’t fit (the video is in Portuguese)

I bought this pasta machine last year, but I have not opened it until last week as I was travelling. Unfortunately the machine seemed used and one of the parts seems broken and full of oil. I really like this brand but I am very disappointed on the quality!Do check you item as soon as you get it if you received it. I saw that other people have also had many issues with similar problems.
