Perfect tool for cast iron or carbon steel pans.
The chain mail is great for cleaning my well-seasoned iron and steel pans. The chain mail gets the stuck stuff off easily, without removing the seasoning. For me, the handles ergonomics are spot-on for me. It allows me to apply pressure comfortably. Performs great and is easy to use. It came with a plastic scraper, which is okay, I suppose. I really haven't the need to use it yet.

the long handle works very well
long handle is very comfortable to hold and works well to scrape charred food residue off the bottom of the cast iron pan. I typically boil water to facilitate residue removal and the long handle enables me to do this without burning my fingers.
