Drinking these during workouts makes my recovery faster. I like the grape taste. The powder mixes with a couple shakes, and it's just a watery texture. I add one packet to a 16oz bottle of water and drink a mouthful after each drill. It ends up being two bottles per hour.

Delicious! I’m officially addicted. Easy to use - perfect amount for a regular propel bottle. Cheaper than buying the drinks in the store and tastes better to me. And you can add more or less powder to your preferences. I will be putting this on scheduled delivery n

The product was as I expected.

Really liked the taste. It quenches thirst but I think it does not work as fast to replenish electrolytes as some other products we have found.
