This does not work, does not do what it is meant for. The installation is easy but when they ask you to return it, it is impossible to get it unglued. Sound goes through it like if nothing was there.

Unfortunately this is getting a very poor review. The claimed sound reduction... well there was minimal change at best. My largest annoyance was the inconsistent panel thickness making the install look terrible. It will be removed and thrown out. I had no issues cutting and getting very clean lines with just taking my time and a utility knife. Few passes and done.

These panels helped with my closet sound booth.

I didn’t like this product. It’s not dense enough foam like what it appears or how the product is described. Definitely not worth the money. EXPENSIVE

Spent an hour meticulously cutting and fitting these to our toddler’s door - to dull the sound of a newborn’s crying. These did not help a bit. For the cost, we really hoped they would provide a least a muffle, but baby’s cries are still loud and clear on the other side of the door. They also do not come with anything to adhere them. They suggest spray adhesive, but we used command strips. Don’t waste your money on these!
