Pay attention to the dimensions
I bought these with the hopes of finally tossing one of the cookie sheets that has burn marks, but these are half the size of it, so that won't work. These would be good for very small batches of cookies, maybe roasting vegetables, or doing a one-two person sheet pan dinner, but not much else. If you do open bake breads you should be able to fit a boule or batard on it. I might reserve these for when I make homemade bagels/donuts. The way the photos are taken make them look bigger than they are. Also the price is rather high, even considering the non-stick. I'd pay maybe half the price, if that for this size. The trays seem heavy and thick, which is nice. Knowing what I do now I would either buy a bigger size or skip this product entirely. This is just a touch too big for most standard toaster ovens too. As for shipping, it took a good two and a half weeks to arrive from when I ordered it, so if you think it'll arrive early you'd be mistaken. Estimated arrival time was originally estimated to be sometime in August, which is unacceptable.

Heavy-duty Baking Sheet.
The 9"x13" baking sheet is heavily coated with non-stick material. In lifting them, I find they are hefty, showing sturdiness, not leaving me doubtful how substantial they are. But I must share, I roasted some veggies on one of the baking sheets at a temperature of 450°, upon removal from the oven, I set the baking sheet on the stove, and to my surprise, it was very slightly warped. But, after cooling, the baking sheet had regained its original shape, another surprise! To be on the safe side, I won't be using this for roasting. Just baking. And to be fair, I'll tell you on baking, there hasn't been any warping whatsoever! In reading about these baking sheets, I was relieved that they are composed of non-toxic materials. As with many products I select, I attempt to get information about the manufacturer. In looking up the HAPPIELS website, I found it stated, "It is important to note that XYNFLON® itself does not contain PFOA which further enhances the safety profile of our bakeware." Not knowing what XYNFLON is, I looked it up, but did not find that particular name. What I did find is XYLAN. "Xylan is an industrial dry film lubricant consisting primarily of one or more fluoropolymers including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This coating is generally used to reduce friction, improve wear resistance and create non-stick surfaces." With that finding, and not encountering the name of XYNFLON, I will use these heavy-duty baking sheets but with the caution of making sure to use silicone utensils, hand washing and drying, especially, NEVER cooking on high heat. Overall, with the one exception, HAPPIELS baking sheets (a set) have performed as I would expect them too. As for longevity, it's yet to be determined. But with the proper care, I am hopeful!

Warps way too much
Trays look great, heavy in weight but all three sizes warped when cooking. Wish that we could have kept them but they were returned.

Heavy duty
These pans are sturdy and have less chance to warp in the oven, I'm not saying they won't warp, but for me I have had no problems with the pans.

It Warps
I was looking for a baking pan that didn't warp. I do a lot of sheet-pan cooking. This pan looked like a candidate to hold up to the higher heat and keep its shape but unfortunately it didn't do any better than the ones I already have.
