The mug on my N600 has been jammed on the base after using it normally, any tips on how to remove it? I have had mine for over a year with no issues

Sorry to hear this. First thing is first, please make sure that your NutriBullet is unplugged. Then take the unit to the kitchen sink if there is any spillage. If you have a flat-headed screwdriver, you might be able to slide the head down the side of the cup to where the white actuator has lodged above the plastic tab of the NutriBullet cup. With a small amount wiggling and a little applied pressure you should be able to free the tab. This may well cause damage to your cup OR your NutriBullet. Can it crush cocoa beans enough to make cocoa paste aka cocoa liquor (or even caster sugar or hazelnut thinly powder)?

Hazelnut and sugar maybe cocoa beans you might find their to hard and break the plastic. But why sugar if you want finer sugar I suggest you use icing sugar as it's the finer ground of sugar you are looking for.

I notice it says 120 volts - is it the usa version, therefore needing an adaptor to work in the uk?

No the one I have ordered was UK version and with UK plug.
