Love it for learning the splits
The length is perfect. Iโm 163 cm and use this when Iโm sitting and trying to achieve the middle splits (Samakonasana). The strap goes behind my back, and each loop fits around one foot. The resistance helps pull my legs back. I bought a pink one from a different company which had only 8 loops and ended up being too short. This one is perfect! Thank you ๐ซถ๐ป
