Lily of The Valley by Yardley of London for Women Eau De Toilette Spray, 4.2 Ounce

That doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This scent is a childhood memory for me. I remember the Tinkerbell colonge sold at Disneyland land back in the late 60's smelled exactly like this. This is why I'm fond of it. Last weekend my Mom came over and asked for a spray of one of my perfumes and I sprayed her with this, and her eye's opened wide, and she smiled and said in a very excited voice, "What is that, it smell so good!!!" She was super suprised to find out it wasn't one of my pricey perfumes that I collect. It smells like what Lilly of the Valley should, for sure!

Beautiful appearance. Pleasant smell of lily of the valley. However, the smell is not persistent, does not last long.

Great scent, great price! Not sure it was 4 ounces, but for what I paid, I'm not complaining. My only comment is that it vanishes quickly, unless you layer it with a similar creme - which I do!

As a child, I often would get a small Lily of the Valley scent stick in my Christmas stocking. I couldn't remember which brand it was, so I gave this one a try. It's nice, but not the fragrance I was looking for.

I don't even know where to start with this product. Lily of the Valley scents are hard to find and I saw the price on this and thought I'd give it a whirl. I read a lot of negative reviews but in general I'm an easy person to please so I wanted to try it anyhow. The scent is spicy and so faint and just not at all lily of the valley. I can't believe Yardley would even put this on the market as the lasting power is pathetic, but even more questionable is the scent. What little scent exists is not at all light and fresh like actual lily of the valley- I can't even place this smell. I generally really like Yardley products but this one is a miss! The only person that could be content with this is someone who doesn't know what actual lily of the valley smells like. False advertising!

I had a nice sweet smell at the beginning, but latter on turn off kind of sour.

Great gift for a grandmother who loves floral smells or if you just want to be reminded of your gma everyday. My gma said lily of the valley has always been her favorite scent so I got it for her. She sprayed it said it smelled like “old lady’s on church day” so that should give you an idea of the smell but she loved it and that’s right up her ally. It doesnt last long tho, she only sprayed it in the air so it hasn’t had a true longevity test but I can guess it’ll only last 3/4 hrs before needing to spray again.

Smell is perfect. Not strong or light. Great for a quick spritz as you run out the door.

Very lovely fragrance that lingers very subtly. I like that the scent is fresh and pleasant, with a powdery finish that makes it excellent for everyday use. To my nose, this epitomises the white floral scent. It has great longevity, I sprayed some in the morning and still felt the scent in the late afternoon, which I found an unexpected surprise (normally EDTs do not last that long). This is great value for money for the prize of a bottle of this size (125 ml). Would totally recommend.
