It has combs in it to hold it in place but you can use glue in the front where the lace is for extra support if you wanted to

How do i wash this wig?

You can either buy wig wash, or a hack I read online, use laundry detergent. Don’t use shampoo unless it is meant for synthetic wigs. Many cleaners are too powerful and will damage the synthetic hair.

What other items would I need to wear this? I still have hair but I'm losing some due to stress.

I would say yes as I spray it with water and let it sit after I wear it.
