Q: Where are they manufactured?

Q: Are these single use, and by that I mean, if I miss, or don't get a good enough draw and have to poke myself again, can this be reset and used again?

Yes, these are single use needles (these are screw on tops, they do not have a vial attached to draw blood), we use them for Insulin pens to give my mother her morning and evening Insulin and we use a new needles for each dose. Although they are single use, if you are using it on yourself and just insert it in the 'wrong' spot, you could re-insert it in the 'proper' spot (where ever that may be)...but you should throw it away after you use it and the next time you need one, use a new one. They don't collapse after use, it is just not sanitary to re-use a needle. These are excellent for giving medication, as they are very tiny, thin and short!! You may need other needles to draw blood, check with your doctor! I hope this helps!! Thanks!!

yes! lay it against your finger and press button and lancet will barely penetrate the skin for glucose checks!

Q: Does Amazon accept Medicare assignment for payment of these lancets?

No they do not in our case, I just pay for them because my mother prefers them for her insulin!!
