How do I open the bottle, i.e. get the oil to flow, the white nozzle is unscrewed but nothing comes out, is there a seal that needs removing?

yes it is!!!!! (read bottle in picture) problem is that you have to buy oil and treat blades after using this!!! which is fine but i thought it did both (information gained by actually reading instructions on bottle)
