Absolutely fantastic
There is nothing for me to dislike but everything to love about my new Fissler pots. Beautiful pots with a heavy base, close fitting lids , handles that stay cool during cooking and easy to clean. I especially love the pot with the glass lid. Some reviews mentioned pots that were a bit wobbly on the hob, and I was a bit concerned, but had no issue with that at all. Very pleased with my purchases!

very nice
Already had the 28cm casserole/pan so was looking for a smaller but taller pot to cook certain dishes, and since the pan was so good I naturally had to get the pot from the same line. All I can say is, I've only cooked a single dish (multiple times) in here so far, but it's a wonderful pot, exactly what I wanted. Thick base so heat is retained well, super lid, food cooks exactly as I want.

German quality at its best!
It's just a big saucepan really - yet it's so beautiful. The quality is superb and I love making big family meals SAFELY with it, (cheaper saucepans can turn boiling water milky in colour!). You feel perfectly reassured by the quality and safety of Fissler. It is heavy, but it works a treat!

Base needs to be thicker
Base needs to be thicker for making stock.

Has Riveted Handles
Seems exceptionally well made and cooks everything I've thrown at it this past two weeks evenly, and swallows large joints with ease. Getting ahead for xmas I've already cooked and frozen: slow cooked leg of lamb, slow cooked large joint of pork belly and a massive piece of gammon. As this 10.3ltr pot is so large I've also cooked a months supply of spaghetti bolognese and tons of shepherd's pie portions which are now all ready languishing in the freezer hopefully making my life easy come the xmas hols.Whilst this really does look, feel and cook to perfection there are a few things I wish were different. Firstly the physical weight at 4.5kg makes this impossible for me to maneuver once filled with food without assistance as I'm older and have joint problems. It's a huge 28cm dia heavy item so will need somewhere sturdy to store and finally, the one thing I really don't like - it has riveted handles - so for me this is a weak spot which may/may not become an issue as the pot ages.

Open The Box & Quality Jumps Out!
The Fissler Cooking Pot is a real quality product. The finish of this cooking pot is excellent and it isn’t too heavy. Its 10+ litre size is ideal for large family meals and it allows me to batch cook a good quantity of tasty meals. Cook, and Freeze making life much easier. There is a measuring scale inside the pot so measuring cups are really not needed. It is safe for all types of stoves, even induction hobs. The lid fits tightly and the handles stay cool and to top it off, it can be used either on top or inside the oven. A luxury product for sure. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because of the price, it is on the expensive spectrum.

Quality every step of the way
A very high quality cooking pan that is strong and weighty, but doesn't cause wrist strain in the way that a certain French brand does. The thick base makes for very even cooking and it conducts very well, heating up in a jiffy. It feels and looks like the absolute pinnacle of pan manufacture and it is hard to imagine that it won't outlive me.The lid is heavy and this makes it a great stock pot, adding some extra pressure to your cooking, and the whole thing is ovenproof and (bonus!) dishwasher safe. You'll find cheaper, of course, but you might struggle to find better.
