So, I do to be real, the largest bulk of leakage issues started after my "depression weight" reached over 400lbs, and I was chain smoking like no tomorrow. Depression sucks, but ladies I wish I had discovered these sooner! Confession: I do not have NIGHT incontinence! But when I used to cough so much (and sometimes still) I gush..alot, and I also have had occasional bladder urgency that led to leakage, before quickly dropping the drawers..lol But the most important aspect, I learned trying a variety of pads, is SBBW tend to need the wider pad to well, address our "wider stuff" down there! But, I digress... Before these Tena Sensitive Overnight pads was my main go to and preferred brand. If I have to get some quick from the store, I still go with Tena.... ..but I really, really have loved these the best, as far as odor control (not that I recommend staying in wet pads, please change them, but it's helps the skin out down the with any possible odor retention), AND I like that they are wide AND thinner than most overnight pads! Today, as I quit smoking like 7 months ago, I don't cough as often as I used too, and I am losing lots of weight, so that is win for me, but I still prefer to use these for the time being for backup! For those needing greater absorbency, which may be limited, with just a pad, I recommend checking out those 2x pull-up/undies...that actually look like they may fit up to 5x ladies, but I have not tried them myself to vouch for that. i just checked out their size chart a moment that listed waist measurements! Hopefully this review was helpful for the women that need these features in a product themselves.

Having been left with "Stress" incontinence due to prostate surgery, there are some days that I know physical work like shoveling snow, moving gravel or switching our snow tires on our cars will trigger leakage, I use these pads rather than my go to Depends, as they work really well for me. I am a little surprised they are labeled for women, as I know several men in my situation, and it was quite a while before I discovered FitRight Fresh Start Postpartum and Incontinence Pads for Women, that are my answer to stopping every 15 minutes to change pads when working. Bulky and pricey for every day use, just the ticket when you know what and when you need heavy duty help.

This was the first time buying this product and to be honest I was a bit skeptical. But this product proved that it was worth the money. Super absorbent helps stop bladder leaks and sneezes
