I was skeptical at first with it being soft sided, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and durability of this item. It is stable and has a hard plastic insert(with a soft sherpa covering) that goes on the bottom to support and give stability. It fit my cats perfectly and I was glad I didn't go bigger or smaller. My cats love riding around in the car in this and I appreciate all of the different opening options for it. Makes it easy to switch how we are getting the cat in the carrier based on their needs. It also makes it easy to give them comfort when riding in the car. It has a spot for you to loop a seat belt into on one side which helps prevent any sliding around in the car as well. The only issue I have with it is the length of the clip on the inside that would attach to a cats harness, it is too short to allow the cat to easily adjust how they are laying or change sides. I opted to leave my cat on her leash and loop the leash out of one of the side holes and attached to a fixture in my car.

Great carrier. Took cat to be spayed, no problem. Picked her up when done and staff hadn’t zipped it up all the way on 1 side. I didn’t know until I was driving on the Interstate. Great purchase-Check all zippers if anyone else handles the carrier.

If your cat has any size at all or if he/she is reluctant to get in the carrier get a larger one. This is perfect for our more docile cat but the rambunctious one we had to order a larger one.

Sturdy and easy to use

Everything was fine except I thought they had resolved the major problem with carriers -- the poking stick! The workmanship on the zippers was great. The sturdiness of the straps was great. The roominess of the carrier was great. BUT the stick needs to not poke through the material. They need to either flatten the sticks end or add more padding and stitching to keep it secure.

I have a fifteen pound cat and this was the perfect size and perfect price.I love it it works great

Perfect for my little guy!

It folds easily for storage and is just the perfect size for my larger cat. Since it's so lightweight, you really only have the weight of the cat to carry. It was easy to get the cat in because the opening is large
