Powers my Starlink standard dish and router like a champ!
Have our Starlink roof mounted on the RV and use the inverter to power the router when were in roaming mode on the highway. Just plug the cigar lighter adapter into the RV house batteries and plug the Starlink 120v plug into the inverter. The 400 watt capacity is plenty due to the router only pulling an average of 40 watts. Let's us have Wifi on the road. When you get to your campground, put the RV on shore power and plug the router into the RV 120v plug in. We ran like this for 5 weeks and 4,500 miles of traveling with excellent Wifi and no issues.

Works well so far
We purchased this unit for a TV and DVD player in our 5th wheel camper. It has a nice display. It makes a little noise but that is not a problem for us. I like the attachment lugs that are provided. So far it has worked very well.

Versatile, simple case style. Works fine at it's rated output.
I chose this unit because of the simple smooth case design, and the informative display. The display shows power output in watts, and shows input and output voltages. I mounted it in a motorhome and was able to cover the case with wood grain vinyl that matches the motorhome trim. The LCD display can be snapped out of the panel and inverted, if it's makes viewing easier. I applied the rated maximum load and the inverter produced the needed output. I lowered this one star because, even though the fan runs only at higher outputs, it is not variable speed and is a bit noisy. Also, the power LED is way, way too bright for using in a dark room, and is unnecessary since the LCD has a blue backlight. I relocated the green LED way back into the case to make it dimmer. This was clearly the best choice for me among similar sized inverters.

First decent smaller true sine intverter I have found!
Iโve been looking for an efficient, quality inverter for low loads. After several false starts I finally found it, I have some popular โbrand Rโ true sine inverters, and while I mostly love them they donโt have a model smaller than 700W and they just donโt perform well at lower loads and so I was in the market for a 300-400w inverter with good specs. Pros โข The most efficient and lowest standby/quiescent/no load inverter I could fine. โข 2 outlets with USB and PD outputs. โข Built in LCD monitor. โข Fan is temperature controlled and only cones on when it is needed. Cons โข Not the most attractive housing compared to others. โข Larger in size than some competition (but about 2/3rds the size of respected brand โRโโs 700W unit) โข Meter not accurate at light loads. โข Efficiency at medium loads only o.k. โข Battery screws are the โsmallerโ size and not the larger current size popular. โข Battery terminals were challenging to lock down hard, lacked lock washer and took wrench while other brands worked with fingers. The Fit4Less inverter was my 4th attempt to find one to meet my specs. It does. The no load current was about 210mA or 2.75W, fully ยผ that of the most popular 400W brand amazon that starts with a โBโ and 1/3rd the power of brand โRโโs 700W unit. At 120W load it took 147.24 or 82% efficiency. While this doesnโt sound great it is close to others. The other brands I measured were 86% and 89% at the same load. Alas I had a 120W load and a 600W load so was unable to test closer to the 400W rating. Since I am mostly using this inverter at <100W loads the excellent standby power was a bigger deal to me than the 4% loaded difference of similar sized units. The built in meter was about 10W high with a 15W load but within 0.5W at 120W. Overall Iโm very pleased but do wish I could find something slightly nicer, even if it was 2x the price.

Pure sine converter works perfectly.
Purchased for our RV to operate our Televisions without the flickering my other produced its fairly quiet and fits our needs. Comes with usb ports which is also ver convenient.

If you are going to send a used unit out let the customer know.
When I noticed the inverter rattled around inside the shipping box I was concerned. When I opened the box and noticed only one styrofoam packing end holder and that the DC cables with the clips were not tied and wrapped, but loose in the box I assumed a prior customer had returned the unit and wondered why. Since it was incorrectly packaged from the prior return it has traveled back to Amazon and then to me bouncing around in the box. The unit seems to run as stated and I would have given it a five-star rating for price, quality, and features. but I'm pissed they don't even check out the unit when it's returned. It's not that difficult to repackage things correctly. I actually like the unit and decided to keep it. I just don't like that Amazon doesn't check the returned product before sending it out again.

Worked for 2 years
Lasted almost 2 Years. Kind of disappointed. Was only under minimal load in protected environment.

Great 400 w inverter for my chest freezer
This little 400 watt inverter is excellent. I was testing a different brand (a 1000 watt inverter) to run my 8.8 cubic foot chest freezer. The freezer uses 220 kw per year so I was expecting the freezer to be pulling somewhere around 60 watts. I have a decent battery app that was reading the freezer using approximately 90 watts with the thousand watt inverter. I bought this bad little boy and now it's reading exactly in the area I expected with an average of 58 Watts. When the inverter is idling the draw is so little it don't even show up on my battery monitor. That is very good news for this little inverter and very bad news for the thousand watt inverter. The fan came on when I first turned the inverter on and hasn't come back on since running this little bit of wattage. I highly recommend this 400 watt inverter. I can't tell you how long it's going to work but you can't tell how long any of them will work until they don't. Yeah for under 60 watts an hour I can run an 8.8 cubic foot chest freezer. Sense the freezer is not continuously running I should get some pretty good mileage out of my 200 Ah lithium battery. I definitely will be getting another one of these for backup.
