The controller is beautiful! I love that the white is a bit creamy and not a bright white, and it pairs perfectly with the deep teal. The art is so pretty and it says “Genshin” on the back and has a little chibi Paimon. Been playing Genshin since the closed beta and I’m thrilled at how lovely this controller is.

I was a bit concerned when i ordered this reading the reviews stating people bought "New" controllers and either they didnt look new or the buyers experienced "drift" straight out of the box. Especially when i tecieved my New Genshin PS5 controller and the box seal sticker didnt look like what you typically see on the box when you purchase these at a brick and morter store. BUT, everything id expect to see in the box was there. The book/pamphlet from sony and the controller in the "foam" pouch as is typical. When i hooked it up the controller battery needed charging and the software needed updating, all typical of a New controller and there was no observable damage to anything. All good signs it indeed was a New controller. The design is awesome in my opinion and all the buttons, the D-pad and the analog sticks all felt solid and new. I have not experienced any stick drift at all so far as well. It functions as a new controller should and i love the look of it. No complaints here. We shall see how it holds up. Im very happy with this new limited edition Genshin PS5 controller and feel confident it is indeed new. One of the coolest looking controllers ive ever owned for the PS5. Battery life seems about standard for these. Good purchase in my opinion and very happy with it so far.

Hi, I received my controller in excellent condition and everything works perfectly. However, I have a question regarding the model. I ordered this specific controller (Chroma Pearl) because the product page states Item model number: CFI-ZCT2W. On the packaging, however, the model number is CFI-ZCT1W. I was specifically looking for the V2 controller, which is known to have a significantly better battery life than older models. Because of this discrepancy, the product description on the page may need to be updated. Other buyers searching for a V2 PS5 DualSense, like I was, could end up making the wrong purchase due to this information. Thanks,

Cant go wrong with a cool blue controller. It matches the shells I got for my ps5 and works great. Paired perfectly and lasts on a charge for a bit. Feels good in the hand and probably my favorite color controller so far.

This controller is a fantastic purchase. When my first one eventually broke, I decided to buy it again, despite its one drawback. • Fun Design: I like the blue color that really pops on my TV stand. The clear buttons look like drops of water, and the lighting gives it a futuristic feel that I would expect of a modern controller. • Accurate Buttons: Playing fighting games, I find this controller is just as good as the standard DualSense for inputting combos. The toggle sticks feel solid and provide easy movement and directional control, plus the dead zone can be tuned tightly for shooters. • Slight Drawback: The touch pad is easy to press, so sometimes in the heat of battle I find myself accidentally in the PlayStation Home Screen. It doesn’t happen too frequently, but it can be anywhere between annoying and game-losing. Overall, a quality controller for serious gameplay. Just mind the touch pad and you’ll be winning in no time.

Es de los controles mas bonitos para PS5. Tiene un acabado brillante y liso. No tiene la textura con los simbolos de los botones de Playstation en la parte trasera, lo cual lo hace un poco resbaladizo, pero en lo personal no me causa mayor problema y me parece un modelo único. Sin duda es de mis favoritos.
