So far so good. Excellent replacement handl e. Not terribly hard to install. Worked like it’s supposed to.

I used this handle replacement for a Hartmann InnovAire Global carryon top carry handle. The original broke the first time I used the luggage. It fit perfectly. It does not match the side handle but it does the job. The handle on my larger matching suitcase broke the first time I used it as well bit it was within a week of when I purchased it so Hartmann fixed it. I didn’t use this one for over a year after I bought it so it was out of the warranty period. And it wasn’t the airline, but the Uber driver. He just went to pick it up and it broke right off. Didn’t even have a lot of weight in the suitcase (less than 10 lbs). Good product. I’m ordering more to have on hand since my wife also has the same luggage in a different color

Took my best shot in the dark guess and ordered these to replace the broken carry straps on an older Samsonite suitcase that we use for long distance travels. The screw spacing for the caps was a bit shorter than the original caps, and the included screws were different lengths, so I just reused the original caps and screws, and installed just the straps that came with the kit. Time will tell how they hold up, but just hucking it around the house to test it, they seem to be plenty durable. Obviously these are super easy to install, it's just a matter of peeling back all the layers of the suitcase itself. The measurements seemed to indicate that this set would match the original screw spacing, and I checked that against the suitcase before ordering; clearly they do not. Despite that, it would absolutely be easy enough to just drill different holes to match, but I didn't care enough to bother doing that since there was nothing wrong with the original end caps, and the straps fit in them well enough.

Handles are about 1/2 inch longer than those on the TravelPro suitcase. Not a problem, just drill new holes. Unfortunately, the screws are too short, need to be 3/4 inch long to make it thru the case material. Went to hardware store to get appropriately sized machine screws.

For my suitcase, the "A-xctoe Luggage Replacement Handle Pulls - 8.8 Inches Luggage Handle Suitcase Black ..." did not fit in the existing holes of my suit case. So, I had to drill new holes. (I expected this when I ordered). The distance between the 2 screw holes on each end piece is 1.125" where my original holes were one inch. Also the distance between the 2 ends on this handle was about 1/2" longer than my original handle. However, once I marked and drilled 4 new 3/16" holes, it screwed right in. Since the washers from my original handle were larger, I used those instead of the washers provided with this kit. I like the low profile and hope the airline will not break off this handle. What I am concerned about is the entire weight of the suitcase now rests only on the inner screw hole shafts of each end piece. Time will tell if this fails.

I oefered this to replace a torn hamdle on my Samsonite carry-on hardside luggage. A Samsonite store said it would be $15 for shipping plus the part cost and labor cost to replace the handle - they do not sell parts. This replacement worked fine, just required elongating one hole slightely for the new bracket. It seems to be will made and works perfectly.

With a little MacGyvering and drilling, I was able to replace my Travelpro rollaboard handle that broken. I couldn't find an exact fit, but this worked and saved $200 on getting replacement luggage.

Unfortunately, although sturdy, it did not fit my luggage.
