Giving this a go ! I suffer from IBS and fi d it a big pill to swallow! Hav notic3d some improvemnet but will see how it goes after a few weeks!

Great for ibs
Had IBS D for 22 years and this is the one thing that helps. But you must take consistent for at least two weeks, don't expect it to work immediately

Effective
I suffer with IBS and associated diarrhoea. Tried this and it has worked brilliantly, firming up stools and helping IBS symptoms significantly. I use for a few days and then symptoms improve.

Actually helps..
Good and helpful with IBS. I didn't find that there was a taste unlike other brands and they were the perfect size to take. Only thing is the price, maybe a little too high but if you've tried everything else and nothing works then give these a go.
