Just average product. Overpriced. performance is OK. Accustomed to high performance of SONY and IPOD, I found the product disappointing. The operational buttons are almost invisible unless exposed to bright light. Power output in Bluetooth mode is very low. I bought it because it is less expensive than SONY player with blue tooth. The price of this product dropped by almost 25% after I bought. There are cheaper products with equal or better performance.

Great for our seven year old granddaughter. She loves her music and purple is her favourite colour. It works really well.

I bought this for my 8 year old who is just starting to get into music. I'm very happy with it so far! Arrived in perfect condition and with all accessories it was supposed to (charger/headphones). I have been able to move music from my iTunes account to it successfully. There really wasn't a lot of instruction in the manual that came with it on how to do that part other than "copy music to the device's folder", but my years of downloading/transferring music was enough for me to self-guide. I did have to download music from my iTunes accoun to my laptop first, and then I was able to copy those files and move them to the device. For some reason I could just do a copy and move straight from iTumes but knowing Apple, that's probably an issue on their end. The only issue I have so far is the headphones that came with it. They are junk and make the music sound terrible. But, my daughter already had some nice bluetooth enabled headphones and the music sounds SO much better on them so at least I was able to quickly determine that it was just cheap headphones and not the device itself. So if you're going to get this mp3 player, just know you'll need better headphones. I have not used any other features yet (video, recorder, etc), just the music part which is the only reason I purchased it so I don't really care about the other features any way.
