Used this product to correct a curvature in my spine, and also to help with back ache caused by standing all day in work, and from weights workouts. Easy to put on and feels very sturdy and strong, but also very comfortable. The shoulder straps have a wide range of adjustment, and stay fixed in place once secured. The best surprise was how effective the support was in pulling my shoulders up and back, allowing me to stand a full 2 inches taller due to the straightening of my back and shoulders. It is also surprisingly contoured to your back, so can be worn discreetly under a jumper or shirt if necessary when in work, or walking. A very worthwhile purchase that I highly recommend to anyone suffering with back/posture problems.

I work hunched over a desk 10-12 hours a day. This brace/support is an absolute game changer. I do think it should be longer in the body so sits around your waist and not half way down your ribs.

These Back Support Posture Corrector are great, they are quite big so you cannot wear them with a tight jumper unless you don't might this showing under your jumper or shirt. They do the job, my posture has definitely change.

Very useful and helped improve my wifes back pain immediately. She works from home and sits long hours. This is comfortable and supports the posture well. Only flip side is that can be tiring if kept for long but thats a good thing because its recommended to get out of chair and move around anyways .

Didn’t help my back at all

I like the heavy duty make of this back brace it's metal struts pull my shoulders back Really well, I have been badly round shouldered for years, this back brace is the best and strongest I could find, and definitely does the trick of getting me into the habit of pulling my shoulders back , I only wear mine for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours being it's so strong , I started to notice a improvement with in a week, good value for money, easy to use and such good support, it not only pulls your shoulders back it makes you stand up straight

I purchased the Back Support Brace Posture Corrector (Size M) hoping it would help with posture correction and support during long hours at my desk. Unfortunately, after using it for several months, I can say it hasn’t lived up to expectations. While the product does offer some mid-back support initially and seems to be made from breathable mesh material as advertised, there are several issues that make it difficult to use consistently: Bulky and not discreet: The design is too bulky to wear under clothing, which limits when and where I can use it. It’s not practical for daily wear or under a shirt at work. Strap design is frustrating: The many straps are not only confusing to figure out at first but also tend to fall off or shift while putting it on. This can make the process stressful, especially if you're in a hurry. Not true to size: I followed the sizing chart and ordered a Medium, but it felt too small and restrictive. It might be better suited for smaller or shorter individuals than someone of average build. Limited shoulder and lumbar support: Even when adjusted tightly, the brace did not support my shoulders or lower back as expected. In fact, if I tighten the Velcro straps all the way for a snug fit, it starts to feel like it’s choking me. No long-term support: After a few months of light use, the material has stretched out significantly. It now offers very little actual support and tends to ride up when I move around, which defeats the purpose of wearing it. Posture impact: Ironically, rather than improving my posture, prolonged use seems to be making it worse due to the lack of proper alignment and support. Overall, I think this product may work better for someone with a smaller frame who only needs light support for short periods, but for average-sized users or those looking for real back and shoulder correction, it’s not the best option. I appreciate the idea behind the design, but the execution could definitely be improved for fit, durability, and ease of use.

1. Die Stützstreben im Rücken geben dem Rücken zusätzlichen Halt und halten ihn gerade, sieht erstmal ungewohnt aus, ist aber die eigentlich gesunde Haltung 2. Die Schultern werden zurückgezogen und erleichtern die Atmung und entlasten merklich die Nacken- und Schultermuskulatur 3. Die Haltungskorrektur ist auch nach dem Tragen noch wirksam, man sackt nicht direkt wieder zusammen, sondern behält es bei, weil es einfach angenehmer geworden ist. 4. Angenehm ist, dass die Schultergurte nicht einschneiden und der Bauchgurt breit ist 5. Für zusätzlichen Halt fädele ich den unteren Klettverschluss durch die Gürtelschlaufe der Hose, so rutscht es nicht nach oben 6. Lässt sich gut untendrunter tragen. Mich hat überzeugt, dass die Haltungskorrektur nachhaltig wirkt. Die "falschen" Muskeln, die zu Schmerzen führen, werden entlastet und abgebaut, während die "richtigen" Muskeln sanft aufgebaut werden. Sehr angenehm!
