Great for Hair & Nails. This is about the 6th time I have ordered these gummies and I love them. Grows my nails so much and stopped my hair shedding (but obviously hair growth is slightly harder to notice), but if I see my nails improving then I know my hair is as well. They are tasty too, I could eat the whole bottle at once!

No se nota el efecto de forma inmediata pero al cabo de un mes y medio aproximadamente se cae muchísimo menos el cabello, son geniales. Al principio pensé que no hacían efecto, pero después de un tiempo el pelo se cae muy poco y se nota mucho. Cuando pueda volveré a comprar sin duda. Las recomiendo
