very nice set
I like way their shaped and with the softer material they're filled with makes for a real comfortable item to have in your hands. I use them for strengthening my arms, shoulders and with the straps that help hold it in your hand they also work for your legs and calf with the strap just slide it on your foot

I order these to use for when I take a walk for upper body strengthening. They are soft and easy to grip. The Velcro strap is adjustable so you can tighten them if needed. You can even strap them around your feet to use for some seated exercises too.

Easy to grip.
I bought these for someone that has Parkinsons and has difficulty gripping things. The soft body makes it easier for them to use them. They feel more confident that they won't drop them. And the weights are less likely to injure someone, damage something, or roll away if they are dropped.The straps help but are too tight for anyone with big hands and they are a bit fussy to adjust.
