Golden Mountain Seasoning Soybean Sauce - 6.8 fl oz bottle (Pack of 2)

Goldon Mountain is NOT supposed to be soy sauce! It's delicious umami! A little DOES go a long way. The packaging was excellent! I was hesitant to order glass bottles, but the plastic bottles are too big. These were well wrapped and sealed -- no leakage. I will use this vendor again.

I add this to curries and it ramps up the flavor.

Just what I wanted! Arrived sealed, although a few drops still spilled out; was easy enough to clean with a paper towel. These are a bit more expensive comparing to just buying a bigger bottle, but I like that you get two separate ones so that they don't spoil at the same time. Just open one up at once.

This is great tasting stuff that can be used to flavor lots of things. Very satisfied with purchase.

SO salty.... could make a skeleton bloat. Essentially flavor of soy sauce, with a LOT more salt. Unusable.

This is a type of Thai soy sauce, and it isn't the same thing as your Kikkoman or equivalent that we're mostly used to in the West. I wouldn't use it as table sauce, and when cooking, a little goes a long long ways.
