We were looking for a dedicated comm system so we didn't have take out our even use our phones while shooting (photographing) events. Upon testing this product works great! The sound is clear. The earpieces fit comfortably. The operation is straightforward once you read the instructions (a must) and it came fully charged. We tested the range by one of us staying inside our studio and the other walked about 100' outside so the signal had to pass through numerous walls. The signal strength was very good with only a hint of "crackle" when past the 100' mark. The sound was very clear which surprised us. This should work on a several story building of at least two-three levels and outdoors the range will most likely be at least 5x. I was very skeptical but decided the worst that could happen is that we sent them back. We've yet to "real world" test them but I can't imagine we will have any issues at all. Highly recommended especially in sensitive/quiet situations where a phone is a "no go"

I needed a solution to keep my cheer captains informed of what song/sideline dance they were doing next without yelling it. This was the solution. All three captains can talk to each other while discreetly hiding the walkie talkie, and I am able to give them instructions without leaving my seat. It's easy for them to take on and off when stunting or tumbling and easy to hide/wont get in the way. The batteries lasted around 2 1/2 hours with constant talking between the four of us, but that's as long as we need them for anyway. I would recommend. It's a good purchase for my needs.

There is a learning curve on how to pair these with other brands, but once you get it this radio is just what I need for long days of use. Battery life is good. Clear communication sound. So far I have only used it indoors (gym, convention arena) and have not had any problems with range. Earpiece is comfortable for all day use. I am quite pleased with this little radio.

On flat land without forests, buildings, or hills, we can still travel 2 miles Communicate within a certain range and the sound is clear. The machine is lightweight and has clips, making it easy to connect to clothes, Worth recommending for use.

I read reviews and still wanted to take a shot at this. I wanted something small that was quality vs cheap. But the range and volume was just not where I need it to be, I used it at an event, and I couldn't always hear what others were saying, either I missed it or you actually can't change the volume, however even when speaking it seems fuzzy and muffled. The second thing I noticed was the earpiece and I saw others had issues with it too. It would not stay and fit in your ear even with the different bud sizes. It kept falling out, feeling uncomfortable, and wasn't worth it we stopped using it at the end. It would be better if the earpiece was moldable like a bendable metal so that at least it would stick on to the ear, but then again, the earpiece itself was popping out of the ear. I want to like it but sadly will need to return.

Product is okay, but wasn't able to fully test with other radios, since it is not compatible out of the box with US GMRS frequencies and tones (technically frequencies, yes, but the preset tones are not). Emailed SINORISE like it says on the product, and no reply as of yet. Also, step 3 of the instructions talks about programming the CTCSS/DCS tones, but doesn't finish the instruction, or even what program can be used. Attempted multiple programs including CHIRP via USB-C with no luck. At this point it's just a paperweight to me. Returning for a more functional and programmable radio.

My wife and I bought some bikes to get into shape. In our neighborhood the roads are narrow and you have to ride single file. These walkie talkies work great. We are able to talk as we ride without having to be side by side or really close as we ride. They have great range and sound is clear. I wish they had a hands-free option, but it really is no big deal to push the button to talk. It's nice that the control unit is small and compact and clips to your shirt or strap on our bike helmet.

Hubs and I recently started bicycling, and after our first ride we decided we might need to communicate when we were not side by side. For the price, this set does the trick. We haven't tried them more than about 50 yards apart, and the connection is sometimes hit or miss. Sound quality is pretty much okay, but you do have to be sure and enunciate very clearly.
