Very good quality and free form ibuprofen or acetaminophen which not always are a necessary when sick! As soon as you drink it you feel the difference!! Very soothing effect, easy to use and drink!

not CHOCKFULL or unnecessary additives
I love Genexa, nice to be able to give my daughter something thats not CHOCKFULL or unnecessary additives such as red dye. The blueberry flavor is good as always but I will say this still taste like a cold medicine.

Good for adults too
This works great for children and adults! A Way better alternative to the name brands with dyes and chemicals. The 1st night I took this I was able to sleep without waking up coughing!
