This keyboard is Razor sharp.
First off, this Razor Huntsman V3 Pro is a great keyboard, period! In 2015 I purchased a Logitech G910 Orion Spark. After a little over a year (as the warranty had expired), I had the left CTRL key cap break. I contacted Logitech, and to my surprise, they sent a complete key cap set for the keyboard. I was sold on Logitech after that. Time moved forward, and eventually, the keyboard started missing key strokes, where double and triple strokes on a letter became a sign that replacement was in order. Along with the Logitech keyboard, I purchased a Logitech mouse G502, which served well for over 10 years. The presets on the mouse started to bounce off my DPI settings, so I started researching keyboards and mice. I ordered a Logitech mouse G502 Hero since it received consistently good reviews. Unfortunately, the mouse wheel had a heavy spot, which would allow web pages to scroll without any input, so it was returned. I also purchased a Corsair K70 keyboard since the reviews were good. I liked the Cherry MX switches, yet the key caps do not cover the bottom of the switches. From the top looking down (which most pictures show) the RGB lighting looks good; however, from the front, it looks like little colored teeth shining from the bottom of the key caps, it just looks cheap. The slope of the key caps from front to back was not constant. The wrist pad I read about was soft to the touch; somehow, Corsair found a way to make small triangles out of plastic feel soft and yet be as hard as a rock. So, I sent it back as well. Remember Razor? This is a review about Razor. This keyboard, Razor Huntsman V3 Pro, is great to type with and to game with as well. With the Synapse 4 program suite, it not only gives this keyboard life it also connects my new Razor Balilisk V3 35K mouse and Razor Hypersense headphones without a hitch. I've been a PC gamer since the 80's with my first PC, a 386 with 1 meg of sipp ram, 40 MB hard drive, and a 256K monitor. To date, this mouse and keyboard combo is the best I have purchased. I remember throwing quarters at Brick Breaker and Asteroids on a black and white screen. At 67, I game daily, you're never too old to game, and I'm always out of gum. :-)

Top-tier performance for competitive play
I decided to pick this board up because I mainly play shooters and I was getting tired of my full-sized setup taking up so much mouse pad real estate. I wanted something that would give me more room to move without sacrificing the arrow keys, so this TKL layout seemed like the right middle ground. The switches are honestly the standout feature here. The analog optical triggers feel incredibly snappy, which is exactly what you need for competitive gaming. You can really feel the difference with the rapid trigger feature; it makes strafing and movement feel much more precise compared to a standard mechanical switch. The build itself is excellent, too. The doubleshot PBT keycaps have a nice texture that doesn't get slippery, and having the dedicated media dial and buttons right there is a convenient touch I use more than I expected. It is a very compact unit, which fits perfectly on my desk and clears up a ton of space. It feels premium and heavy enough to stay put during intense matches. If you are looking for a serious piece of gear to tighten up your movement in games, this is a fantastic option.

Accidentally Funded an Esports Career
I thought I was buying a keyboard. What I actually purchased was a glowing, clicky portal to another dimension where my son communicates exclusively in callouts like “HE’S ONE HP!” and “CLIP THAT!” First of all, this thing is TINY. It’s 60%, which apparently means 100% serious. No number pad. No wasted space. Just pure, compact, competitive energy. It’s so small it looks like it skips leg day — but don’t let that fool you. This keyboard means business. The keys? Lightning fast. I don’t know what “analog optical switches” are, but my son explained it to me with the intensity of a TED Talk. Something about actuation points and competitive advantage. All I know is he now blames losses on “ping” instead of his keyboard, so I guess it works. The RGB lighting is aggressive. This keyboard doesn’t glow — it announces itself. At night his room looks like a small but highly profitable nightclub. I’m half expecting a cover charge. Build quality? Solid. It sounds like tiny, confident raindrops when he types. Or like a very determined squirrel sending emails. Has it improved his gameplay? According to him, absolutely. According to his report card, we’re still evaluating performance metrics. Would I buy it again? Yes. Because if we’re going to hear rapid-fire clicking for hours, it might as well be on a keyboard that could qualify for the Olympics. Five stars. Zero stars for my electricity bill.

Great Gamer Keyboard!!
My boyfriend loves his 60% keyboard! He’s a gamer so this keyboard gets used every single day. Gamer people know they need desk space to be able to move their mouse around freely without hitting the keyboard. This keyboard is a perfect size for gamers or even regular use if your limited desk space. It’s easy to use, set up and you can change the click sounds on the settings! The lights aren’t too bright either which I thought would be of concern but it isn’t a problem. You can also change the lights with several modes. It’s lightweight but durable! I also bought him the 60% arm rest from Razer. Great gift for a gamer of daily computer user.

Great Keyboard untill an issue came up
It's a great keyboard and I like the Huntsman line. This is my first Analog keyboard however (it's honestly a hybrid keyboard, more info later in my review). Tried SnapTap feature once and stopped using it due to how it's messing me up in terms of fine grain movements. It's a me user error than the keyboard itself. Typing on it feels the same as any other keyboard, although I feel like it is a slught improvement to the previous one I bought (Huntsman V2 TKL). Same sound for mechanical keys. Nothing's different imo. This is where the problem with any Razer products. You really need Razer Synapses to do any changes you want with the keyboard. It isn't really easy to use to get to where you want with this keyboard. Sadly, I'm still using the default profile and haven't looked back at it. Too sensitive and i have issues . SnapTap again is a user issue for me. Keyboard has great functionalities but it's more of a niche case for me. It will be different for everyone else. The cool thing about with this keyboard that it is analog which can be turned into like a controller. When it mentions Analog, this keyboard is a hybrid keyboard. Typing and controller. A lot of games will recognize tbe keyboard as typing by default and analog if you set your profile to that. Ohhh boy, one game does NOT recognize the keyboard as a keyboard. That is Skyrim. Skyrim treats this keyboard as a physical controller and will overtake ANY AND ALL peripherals! From what I read from previous experience, this issue has not been fixed on Razer side. It does not feel great that you have to physically disable the "Xbox Controller for Windows" device and reboot. Or simply use another keyboard just to play Skyrim. I'm not sure about other games that have the same issue, but very noticable on that one particular game. Is it worth buying this keyboard? I guess if you are a Razer fan and like the feature it offers. Huntsman line is really good and I will always like the value of it. But do check if the features are worth it for your case before buying it. I only knocked a star off because of how this keyboard can sometimes be treated as controller in some areas when typing is currently set and how Razer didn't really fix the issue (they never bothered to look at it) since V2 from researching about it.

Great for gaming, some typing
Great TKL keyboard, takes a little getting used to the smooth key press, but you can easily adjust the activation in the software and make it easier to get good results for typing on it or gaming on it, and have it switch automatically when you run certain games, etc.

Randomly disconnects, cant save a default profile, types on its own
This keyboard was great for the first 3 weeks of me using it. All of a sudden, it starts disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. I try to find answers online, but none of it makes sense. My old keyboard never did this, so I don't understand why this higher quality and name brand keyboard does it. As far as saving a default profile goes, yes you can save it. The issue is when you have to tab out. When I tab out of my game, the keyboard profile resets on its own and there's no way to make it so it doesn't. Then when I tab back into the game, all my keys work except for WASD. I have no idea why it does this on its own, and I wish it would just stay on 1 profile the whole time. So when I tab back into my game, i have to manually select the profile on the keyboard itself (Fn + pg up). Types on its own thing is because the default key sense is so high that it will type Q and E randomly & on its own. The keys are so sensitive on the default profile that literally touching or grazing one of the keys will type that key. Even not touching it, it may still type the key because its so sensitive. I wish I got a Wooting keyboard because I have heard great things about those. I'm going to try and post on Reddit and figure out my issues with the keyboard, and I will update this review based on what I find out and what I can & cant fix. As for everything else, the keyboard still looks and feels amazing. Literally endless color customization options, but for me none of that matters. I just need it to stay on 1 profile so I have some consistency. I don't do anything weird with it, it always stays on my desk and never gets unplugged. Update: L customer service, they haven't helped at all. They have sent me these insane workarounds that shouldn't even be a thing. Its a keyboard, not some high tech software. I just need it to do its job and I have been randomly disconnecting from games. I went back to my old $50 no name brand Chinese keyboard and it runs better than this one. DO NOT buy this keyboard from amazon or from their company. Their customer service replies, but are not helpful. I spent 4+ hours troubleshooting with them and there still giving me these solutions that wont work at all. Again, its a keyboard, I shouldn't have to download windows fiels for it to work.
