These are great spoons to purchase for the price. They are nice and sturdy, and have a nice looking design. But do note that these are LARGE sized spoons. Not the typical table spoons you would use for dinner with family every evening. Or maybe you do, but just want to highlight the size factor.

I love these spoons! They're very heavy duty and surpassed expectations. However, they are quite big like soup spoons. I'm not sure what I expected but they're for big bites! 😂😋 No stains, easy to clean, they feel sturdy, and they're still shiny months later.

For starters, these seem like basic, but good quality, spoons. They haven't been in use long enough for me to assess long-term durability, but they're holding up well with regular use and washing. No change in appearance. They're heavy and sturdy. I bought them as replacements for a guy who always seems to "lose" pieces of his existing flatware set. They're not a perfect match, but blend in pretty well. That said, they're almost hilariously huge. When I first saw them I first doublechecked the box and then my order to make sure I had actually clicked on the right item. Yup, they're labelled "dinner spoons," but they're way bigger than what I would consider an appropriate dinner size. They're really between soup and serving spoons. But, the guy they were given to sees absolutely no problem with that. All in all, these are sturdy, attractive, serviceable, and good value spoons. Just be aware that you'll be getting jumbo-sized spoons when you order. If you're ok with that--and it might actually be a bonus--then go for it.

These spoons are absolutely fantastic. They’re heavy duty. I bought the fork set and thank God I got it when I did because now they’re sold out I got like 24 of them for like 10 bucks and they’re stainless steel heavy duty. The spoons are no exceptions. I took all the spoons. I threw half of them the way that were no good. The other half I kept in the closet. These things are great. Amazon basics doesn’t always do good but when they do, they do phenomenal.

Nice, sturdy spoon. This is a large soup spoon, or could be used as a small serving spoon. The handle is broad at the base. If it had been any wider, it would not have fit in the slots in the dishwasher basket.

I was looking for a dinner spoon somewhat like what I have, though without the tendency to fly south to spawn every few years and never return. We were running out of the "large" spoons we have and have no other explanation for their disappearances. I figure they're having 3-ways with the coat hangars and the socks that also manage to vanish on their own. Described a s"large", one must realize that by itself "large" has no meaning. Let's face it, it's a comparative value, not a measurement, usually used to compare it to other items, but in this case it's in isolation to anything else. So the dimensions were strictly length. That was a problem, as it happened. What I wanted was the spoon part that goes in your mouth to be about the size of the top spoon in the picture. As you can see, the one on the bottom is SUBSTANTIALLY larger. It makes for an EXCELLENT serving spoon. I would highly recommend them for serving spoons. They're a capable pry bar, built like a Russian tank, thick, sturdy and can probably be credibly used as a cudgel to beat a mugger, or unruly dinner guest, into submission. But for a "dinner spoon", most people don't have mouths that large. I mean, yes, you can fit this spoon into most any mouth. But not with anything other than thin soup on it. It's that big. My family, the Smallmouths, looked at them and laughed, wondering what graves I had to dig with them. I pointed out the whole zombie apocalypse thing and they decided it was a bit too polite to bury the body parts after beating off the mobs. I can't say I blame them for laughing. I looked at them myself and thought, "Holy [expletive deleted]!. these things are HUGE!" Still, OTHER than the fact it's built like a serving spoon, or a Munchkin gravedigger's shovel, and NOT a "dinner" spoon, I don't have much to complain about it. As it happens, we could uses some serving spoons. So I'll be keeping them in case we have a lot of guests, or they're our last resort weapons in the Zombie Apocalypse. I'd also note that the designs in them might make polishing them up after fending off hoards of rotting zombies a touch difficult, so probably machine wash rather than hand wash just to remove the goo that might accumulate in them Bottom line: As DINNER SPOONS, theses will break your teeth if you're not careful. Best go with something a bit lighter and a lot smaller. Three stars mostly because, they're a spoon, and quite ruggedly so. But two off for not being dinner spoons unless your family is all over seven and a half feet tall, and enjoy the occasional wayward roasted Englishman for dinner.

Excellent product but forks are not available in the same design. Willing to buy if Amazon makes it available

Heavy and very nice. Good-looking. The spoon head isn't very round - Thinner and longish. But I like them. Great looking spoons for a very good price.

Great spoon, very efficient way to eat cereal, so much better than a fork. Heavy spoon as a whole. If you don't pay attention, you could chip a tooth. Happy slurping!
