R & S Designs Nylon Easy-Count Guideline 100yd-Red

I got this stuff to compliment my new scroll frames. I was sceptical at first but I absolutely adore it, it took a day to get it all set up but it was my first ever go and it was really easy, and I learnt a lot too (like, there is no need to grid areas of fabric you won't be stitching on). I love this stuff, it really has cut my stitching time down, and my stitches are way more accurate the first time around, as I can keep excellent track of where it all is. Counting is all done by the lines and cross country stitching - my preferred method - is so easy on a big project. I love it. It also makes my project look super professional, I've included a photo, this took me just over two weeks where it normally would have taken me a month. Thank god for easy-count.

I bought this as I had a rather challenging cross stitch and had no idea how to start it. This is a great product for large projects as the grid you create on the fabric matches the chart. It is easy to sew in and removing it is so easy. I thought it would be hard to remove as the back of my work was getting a bit messy but it came out very nicely. Really pleased with this product, I don't think I would have been able to complete my project without it.

Absolutely brilliant so easy to use. I saw comments about how difficult it is to remove outer cover of the reel but I just pulled a bit of the thread and it just unreels quite easily.

This thread is very easy to use,it doesn't get tangled with your stitches,also it doesn't mark your canvas, so you can use use it more than once because of the cost.

This was the first time I have used this product but it was very helpful when lining up the pattern for a difficult cross stitch. Due to the type of thread it was also very easy to remove and did not catch on the material. This is something I will definitely use in the future

The thread is much thinner and a very pale colour compared with the original which was thicker and very red so showed up on white and black aida easily. I don’t think I’d buy it again - I’ll use fishing line instead.

Needed to grid a piece and was reccomended this and so far it's worked a treat. It's probably close to using fishing line, but this ties in knots easy enough and makes gridding that much easier.

It really is worth taking the time to grid out fabric, it speeds up stitching & makes it easier to stitch without any errors. The nylon line is better than using cotton thread, as it cannot be split when stitching. It is also very easy to remove.

This is my second attempt at counted cross stitch and this product made it SO much easier! The gridding takes some time but you absolutely make that time up in the actual cross stitch phase. Thanks to this tool I was able to choose a pattern, decide to customize what colors I was using, and get it done with minimal need to pull misplaced stitches. I plan on trying it on a blackwork Aida fabric next!

La confezione si presenta come un rotolo al quale non è possibile togliere la protezione esterna. Il filo viene estratto attraverso un fessura apposita.Ho avuto modo di testarlo per qualche tempo. Prodotto ideale per creare una griglia sulla tela per il punto croce, soprattutto quando si lavora su schemi di buone dimensioni.Il filo è in nylon ed è costituito da un unico filamento, caratteristica che rende molto facile il doverlo poi sfilare una volta terminato il ricamo.Il filo è riutilizzabile.Ho acquistato il colore rosso, perfetto su tela bianca o comunque chiara, ma se ricamate su una tela più scura occorrerà un colore diverso.Prestate attenzione quando lo utilizzate perché è molto "scivoloso" e tende a sfuggire dalla cruna dell'ago.

Esta muy bien para marcar la tela negra para punto de cruz.

Slippery and hard to manage. Just use a blue water disappearing pen.
