This is a quality polyester fabric that has a water repellent (WR) finish applied. It is a soft light weight fabric that has a brilliant sheen to it, giving it a wet look! ,which we sell in many lovely colours too!! It can be used as a shower proof material for a lot of home and garden uses/ coverings/ accessories. Has a lovely soft feel for making costumes and hobby projects, i.e. doll making. Excellent for making flags and bunting. Also used to make quilted jackets and accessories as well.
