Good suppliment

Pretty good. I feel a little more better after taking these. But I also don't feel any major changes. It didn't change my life Make me smarter or help me lose weight or anything else like that. But It did help with a little bit of brain fog tho. But I'm also taking a bunch of other vitamins along with just this one so take my opinion with a grain of salt. So far it hasn't done any damage but it hasn't really made significant changes either

This is one of the few companies with any integrity left. If you notice they do their best not to send you a huge bottle 75% empty. I don’t know if the people reading this realize what that cost you in your health and financially all these companies that send 60 pills in a bottle that can hold 300 anyway Car Gael is a great company and they still manufacture majority of their product

Don’t stick your nose in the bottle! It has a slight odor! No side effects though! Plus your nose will get caught in the bottle! Depends on the size of your nose!
