Very affordable and everything came right except for the screwdriver. The new screwdriver worked great and came with 5 ends to use & it’s portable ! I will be using that again and the rails worked great in fixing one of my torn rails

Easy install and saved me $150 not paying a service to replace. Tools supplies are ok, but do yourself a favor and get quality tools. Parts are small and if you are older like I am jewlers magnifying glasses are a must. Watch for corrosion on the board. 6 months later and still working great. Take your time and save big bucks.

Had to replace my left slide, and I ended up replacing both, and my Switch works perfectly again! It wasn’t even too difficult to install (even if it was terrifying to do lol)

This fixed the issue of having to play with the joy cons disconnected for the switch. Durable replacement thats affordable! Even bought another set to have on hand incase another switch has the same issue! Joy cons fit perfectly and stay locked in place.

Fit fine, look naturally, and function. The real value comes in the fact this comes with the tools to do the job and includes spare screw in case they're missing or get lost.

After being scammed with what I thought was a working switch, I did some digging and came to the conclusion that my switch rail needed to be replaced. The actual rail replacement part is great and fixed my problem! It was easy and fast to install. However, the screw drivers that came with it are terrible, don't give enough leverage and you have to put a tremendous amount of pressure on the screw to get it to move without the screwdriver jumping out of the screw head. The screw drivers made removing the screws very difficult. I stripped two screws even though I was going slowly and putting pressure on the screw. I had to buy a precision screw extractor and good precision screw drivers. I ended up drilling one screw out (accidentally), which probably means I won't be able to put a screw back in that spot. The extractor worked fine for the other screw. The quality of the screw drivers made what should have been a quick and easy repair into a much more time consuming and pricier repair. Once I was able to remove all of the screws, the actual repair process took minutes and I now have a working switch! Do yourself a favor and buy a real set of precision screw drivers that have the Y bit.

I wanted to give this a 5 star review. I figured I should wait until I actually installed it, though, to make sure it actually works. It actually worked, so now I can confidently say that this is probably the best deal I’ve ever gotten on Amazon, and I’ve been buying crap on Amazon for a very long time lol. Not only did it come with the rails (for less than I expected to pay for the rails) but it also came with all of the tools I needed and a complete set of replacement screws just in case. Also, the screwdriver in the package is awesome! I already had all the tools I’d need for this, but honestly the screwdriver this came with is handy enough that I’ll probably use it instead of those in the future!

Super great kit that came with all the replacement parts ribbon and screws. One thing to note is that it is worth buying a thermal paste if you are to re-attach the ribbon cable. Since getting to that spot means you have to replace the old stuff. Joycons now connect to my switch with ease and they are held quite well
