Pleasantly Surprised
After breaking various name-brand watches, which I won’t call out here, I started to think that maybe I should consider something less expensive for my rate of replacement. I’ve enjoyed other Tozo products, some more than others in the long run, but I figured for the price I could replace this one several times before buying one more of the brand I’ve previously gone with. The main features I was looking for in a watch were the ability to track sleep and it had to be waterproof. Well… and I wanted it to look good and not like those old school smart watches that were super pixelated… gross. The Tozo S3 is great. It really doesn’t get more waterproof than IP68. I’ve attached a waterproof chart so you can see if it will meet your needs. Personally, I just wanted it for showering, in case I forget to take it off, or for going in a pool/hot tub. I’ve taken off a smart watch there before that wasn’t waterproof and it was quickly stolen. The S3 has definitely held up in these conditions with no issues. Tracking sleep is important to me because, as a natural night owl, the world wasn’t built for me, and it’s something I need to keep working on. This watch has way more features than I even need, but that are pretty cool. I do like the military time function, which I use periodically, and the call feature. The battery lasts plenty long after a charge, and the screen hasn’t broken on me yet, despite how clumsy I am. Update: I actually like this watch so much that I’ve purchased one for a family member.

TOZO quality smart watch that's a must have among your phone and headphones
My family has so many types and models of Tozo earphones. They seem to be better than the Samsung, JBL, Beats and Bose brands and at a fraction of the cost. This is my first smart watch and the TOZO S3 has been a game changer for me. The great thing about this watch is that it gets me motivated to improve my health. There's a wake gesture that you can shake your hand to turn it on (there's a setting for duration so at night at whatever time you want it won't turn on until am). You can track the following: - sleep (light sleep, deep sleep, REM and if u wake up at night) - heart rate - stress level and remind you to relax if it goes to an unhealthy point - steps - calories - blood oxygen I really love the design and appearance of this watch and I can leave it on while running in the rain or taking a shower. The strap and watch is very comfortable. The screen is bright and sharp and the touchscreen is super easy to navigate. Battery lasts for days without charging (this is the 3rd day and it's only 86%). This S3 smart watch would be a great present for the holidays. I'm planning on getting these for friends and family who value their health. I think my parents will be able to navigate the screen as it's very intuitive and the touchscreen is very accurate...no missed swipes at all.

Neat watch, great value, doesn't quite match my use case
This is the first smartwatch I've owned. I think it's pretty cool but there are a few issues that keep it from being a great fit for me. Primarily, I do all my calling and texting through Google voice. The watch's text and phone features only integrate with the default phone and text apps so I can't really make use of them. The fitness tracking seems to work well (I thought the sleep tracking was surprisingly accurate, in particular) but it doesn't integrate with Google or Samsung fitness tracking which makes it less useful to me. Those issues might not matter to someone with a more typical relationship with their phone. The only complaint I have about the basic functionality is that the screen-on delay is higher than I like. As you can see in the video it's not terrible but it still takes longer to show up than it would take me to read if I just wanted to glance at the time, which is very slightly irritating.

On par with an Apple Watch
Why in the world are you spending 10x the amount on an Apple Watch? Most people I know only use their watch for a few things. Check time, answer calls, check messages. Why do you need 400 more functions? And then you add to it that the battery life on this watch is beyond anything out there. It does the essentials and does them for days. Apple wants you to wear your watch to sleep but it has to be charged daily. This feature alone blows Apple out of the water in that it finally is practical to sleep in your watch. Only negative is the charger. If it had a wireless charger, it would be absolutely perfect. The charger gets the job done and since you only have to charge every 3-4 days, it's not annoying. But Tozo, add that and you have the best watch around.

Ehhh
If you want a device that’ll connect and disconnect easily and without fail? This is the one you want, it’s in Celsius for one, military time until you go through everything to change it, the 2 only feature that I truly like are 1. The many clock faces, and 2. The weather, once you figure out how to do it… which took me 2 days and I’m pretty tech savvy.. it charges alright but the charger doesn’t click on its a magnet so if you move it a certain way it will come off, and don’t let me forget, it barely tracks all your steps, it’s a 25/100 chance it’ll track your sleep and doesn’t like to do the stress levels, sooo like I said, it’s a nice look and an ok watch for the price, but if I knew all these problems before I bought it, I wouldn’t have. And yea I tried to talk to the person who made them but I never got an email back… kinda sketchy tbh.. so please, if you read this, it isn’t worth it, try a different one or spend the money on a Fitbit or Apple Watch where at least you’d get help with it if it breaks

Unintuitive
The watch looks good and holds a great battery charge. I bought it to track my daily rides and calories burned on my mountain bike. First of all, in the settings you can select metric or imperial, and since I live in the USA I know MILES not KILOMETERS, I select imperial. It continues to report in metric. Annoying. Next, the step count is way lower than actual steps. Walking around the house it misses up to 50% of steps and about 25% of steps when walking my dog outside. Inaccurate + annoying. It doesn’t know when I’m riding my bike. It doesn’t automatically count calories throughout the day except for step taking, which again, is inaccurately underreported. For my rides, I have to open the app, select the exercise type, and allow locations. Fine. But in the settings it asks what activity you want it to track, I select Mountain Biking … it doesn’t show up on the watch screen as an option. What shows up is indoor walking or some other activity I didn’t select. It seems the app and watch don’t communicate. It’s hard to know if it’s the app that limits the watch’s capabilities through lack of communication, or if the watch just isn’t that accurate with its steps, calories, and the inability to know what the hell I’m doing at any given time, or do what I tell it to through the app. Too much headache and too many inaccuracies to keep, even at $35. It’s going back. You get what you pay for. There must be something out there that speaks English and reports imperial statistics and does what you program it to do in the settings. Juice not worth the squeeze. Avoid if you’re looking for accuracy and ease of use.

Perfect basic watch to start with!
The device has an elegant and high-end appearance, with a glass screen that maintains its visual appeal from every angle, adding to its sophistication and style. In terms of functionality, it excels at monitoring various health metrics. It accurately tracks your sleep patterns, the number of steps you take throughout the day, your heart rate, stress levels, and much more, making it an invaluable tool for those who prioritize health and well-being. The watch's strap is designed with comfort in mind; it's so lightweight that you often forget you’re wearing it, providing an enjoyable experience throughout the day.

Customer service
I got a Tozo watch 3 month ago and it stopped working. I contacted the customer service and they were extremely helpful in troubleshooting. The Tozo service decides to replace the watch with a new one after troubleshooting did not resolve the issue.
