Good value
Solid little machine. The price was very good and worked out of the box. Simple machine for a simple operator. Came with 365 installed for first year. It’s very light and as fast as I need, good battery life. Like all new machines took a while to set up but works perfectly. It’s not flashy but perfect for modest everyday tasks. I do find video jerky particularly when watching sky

Perfect
I’m not a massive IT buff but for the money this is perfect. I have limited requirements (emails, posters, team sheets and newsletters). This is perfect for me. I’m sure it covers a lot of other stuff that I don't need but it’s functional, good size and works well for me.

Slowest thing i've ever used. Has microsoft stuff installed that you can't get rid off which means you cant get onto google play and can only have microsoft approved apps. Absolutely useless. DO NOT BUY!!!

I love this laptop it does everything I want it to. It does not disappoint. It is still as good as new.

Not Happy with the Display Quality and some build aspects...
A decent budget laptop. The laptop is lightweight and was easy to do an initial set up. Seemed ok but the build quality let it down ( but I guess because it is a budget machine). Also, I did not like the disply quality. The display quality gave the image/text a lack of depth/clarity? ...tried to adjust to suit my preferences ( as per my old laptop) but was not happy just didn't seem right. The only way I could describe the display and that it appeared 'milky'. Return in progress. Decided to spend a bit more money and get a higher spec.

This laptop is painful. From the get go of turning in on it is so slow and freezes at tge slightest task. Useless!
