Sabatier 5188692 Mix and Measure Platter Batter Mixing Bowl with Silicone Grips, 8-Cup, Gray

This is really nice, and so big! It is heavy and sturdy, which I really like. I’m going to love using it for my cooking! And I can think of lots of other ways to use this measuring cup. Such as, using it to scoop out dry cat food, or kitty litter, outside in your garden, or anything that you just want to scoop up, and you don’t have to measure it.

I use this measuring pitcher as a water bowl for my cats. It’s light weight, easy to carry when full. Non slip handle is extra nice. Good product.

This is great for mixing up pancake batter. The silicone handle does come off separately for cleaning. Great Size. Love the non slip bottom. Love that it is so light.

My first order was delivered to the wrong house. Amazon made it right and delivered a replacement next day. One of the bowls has a chip on the pour spout, but I'll live with it. The label is sticky, but Goo Gone does remove it without scratching. The rubber grips on the handles do come off (maybe for cleaning?) but I used Super Glue to keep them on. The rubber seal on the bottom also comes off, but I won't glue that. It doesn't slide around on the counter, which is nice. I like that the bowl is light when empty. The pour spout and handle make adding flour to my stand mixer when mixing much less messy. I hand wash all my mixing bowls, so I don't know if it would warp or discolor when machine washed. I don't use the measurement markers on the bowl, so I don't know how accurate they are. These will come in very handy this holiday season since I do bake a lot during this time.

I fropped mine empty from counter height today and it cracked badly...which it shouldn't for a quality brand like Sabatier. Also it's not really dishwasher safe: the plastic is crazed all the way around, see pictures.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It's thicker than I expected, and the handle seems to be well attached. The whole thing feels sturdy for the price. I recommend!

Love this.. only downside would be that the handle comes off really easy.

Lightweight with good grip handle. Cook or water flowers. It does the job

Works well and nice and light .I have osteoarthritis and my wrists get very sore.

I liked the markings and super clear plastic, but as mine arrived cracked I worry about how brittle it is. Wasn't willing to try another the same just in case

Was expecting a well finished product due to the famous name , but the rough sharp unfinished edges were a disappointment .
