Finally! A 6-month aged Manchego
I love a lot of the recipes that Spain On A Fork produces on YouTube, and Albert is always saying that the Manchego cheese he uses is aged 6 months. The vast majority of Manchegos I've found available to mail order out to the rural Midwest area where I live are either 1 year or 3 months. I am so Very pleased to find this. Thank you!

Good but pricey
It is really really good but for the price it is kinda high. So if you really like the cheese and don't care about price its awesome but if you have a budget not really worth it, get a less expensive cheese.

Only a Wedge not wheel of cheese
Very disappointing. I thought I bought a small wheel of cheese to put on a cheese curler for a a charcuterie table at a baby shower this weekend but it is only a wedge. Of cheese, not a wheel. And there is no time to order what is needed. The sales pictures and write up should state it is only a wedge of cheese. 🧀 not a wheel of cheese 🫕 it was packaged very well.
