Amla is excellent!
Started taking this only 2 weeks ago & wow! Read that it may help with inflammation as I have had pain in my knees and other joints for a few years now. After hitting that double nickel age things have been feeling bit different. Since taking Amla the joints have simmered down feeling almost no pain, the pads of my feet also feeling much less pain after walking a mile or 2. I do take many healthy supplements but the effects of the Amla fruit are probably the best of all of them. Not sure if it is the combination of all supplements but I feel much different since beginning with this particular supplement. Have recommended to several friends as some studies show that it helps with tinitus as well, hope they feel a difference. I strongly recommend adding Amla to your daily routine!

More beneficial than you know!
This baby is more than a beauty aid for hair, nails & skin, it's also an anti inflammatory agent. This is included in my daily supplements regimen and has been beneficial in preventing & decreasing pain that was previously treated with acetaminophen.

Indian Gooseberry juice is better...
Not as potent in my opinion as drinking Indian gooseberry (amla) juice itself. Consequently, it's just taking up space in my fridge. *sigh* If you're looking for potency, considered Basic Ayeurvedic's Gooseberry Juice. It's really helped my hair and skin, as well as lowers my blood sugar and gets rid of all types of inflammation. Ppl comment on my complexion all the time now, which is a nice benefit also. It has a skin brightening effect when taken regularly

Indian Gooseberry (Amla fruit ) tabs
I really like these capsuls, I recentally read about the health effects of amla fruit.So far I reccommend to drink a large drink with it. So it goes down good. For now I am waiting to see how it will help me out, just give it a try. great seller..and shipping 10*
