Good for air fryer
These sheets prevent the air fryer tray from getting greased due to cooking. Also these sheets remove excess oil from the food and this itโs a win win

Air fryer liners
Not very good. It's thin n bit smaller then the air fryer box. Square shape.

The liner has low absorption. Oil eventually seeps through slightly. Over and above food are getting stuck on the paper with the oil / fat being rendered during the cook. Poor stuff.
