Now its coming to autumn we wanted a change from drying the clothes near the radiators. This is where the dehumidifier steps in! Its very easy to follow and set up your desired requirements! Do read the manual as it is straight forward; recognising the features and button functions. Really liking this product which after its first two uses it is very efficient in drying clothes. Power on and then the One button for laundry mode! It took literally 4-5 hours to dry a laundry load of clothes. Honestly some of the heavier items where still slightly damp but they'll dry in room temperature. The 5l water tank is ample sized and was amazingly half full so you know this is sucking the moisture out of what was in the room and you won't need to keep annoyingly empty the water tank if it was smaller. I noticed it does make a light rumble sound as although I have it placed in the bedroom upstairs (first floor), when downstairs in the Living room, I can slightly hear a light rumble sound but note, the laundry setting is quite louder (as described in the manual) than the other settings at around 52 dBa (1 metre away). The humidity of the room was literally spot on juxtaposed to the humidifier/temperature guage which read the same at 60. The cost at 5hrs x 14pence p/h equals 70p then after calculating with our energy rate usage it was 65p for the five hours. Thats pretty cheap, Right!!!? Don't bother going to the laundrette or using a tumble dryer as energy prices will be expensive, unless you're a baller! With this humidifier, it's a no brainer, a long term investment. I'll be interesting testing this in the warmer months to see if it promises to deliver what it advertises but I'm optimistic it will perform well. You can register for the extended warranty of 2 years (Within the first 7 days), which I have already signed for. You can for 45.99 add the 3 year option but I guess fingers crossed I shouldn't need to. At the moment, I'm satisfied and its definitely worth the long term investment! It's the latest 2023 model, surprisingly impressive, operates efficiently, stylish and just cost effective! My wife is very pleased :))))) Update, 12 October 2024. Humidifier is still going strong being used allot and now that the weather has changed from drying clothes in the garden (on those sunny/windy days), drying now with the humidifier indoors is so handy, nice and easy!

Why did I buy it I’ve been using this for several weeks now and the laundry mode indeed works! This is specifically why I bought a dehumidifier, as drying clothes in autumn and winter in Ireland is—to put it softly—a long story. Here is how it performs in a real-world 20 m2 space: Performance & Results It’s hard to say exactly how many hours it takes to dry a full load because I mostly use it overnight. In the morning, the clothes are dry most times - it feels as if they were blown by a summer wind on a sunny day! My room is 20m2 and I’d say several hours is enough, especially if you aren't drying heavy cotton like bath towels. It’s a lot faster if you have light cotton or synthetic textiles. PROS: 1. Space-Saving Shape: I like the design; despite being tall, it does not take a lot of floor space and sits neatly in a corner. Note that you need to move it away from the walls when operating, but it’s super easy since it sits on 4 wheels. 2. Better than a Dryer & more efficient: In laundry mode, it’s not exactly a light bulb (it consumes 400+ W), but I still find it a lot more efficient than a dryer. A dryer doesn't always dry well, can leave smells, and in my house, I don't even have space for one so this device is a life saver. Note that in "Auto Mode" it is still enough to dry clothes overnight most of the times but it is much quieter than in laundry mode and consumes less too. 3. Huge 5.5L Tank: The capacity is great. Emptying it is not too much hassle, but it would be if you had to do it every day. A full load of clothes fills the tank roughly 25-30% in my experience. CONS Not Whisper Quiet: In auto mode on the quiet fan setting, it’s fine to be in the same room. But on laundry mode, it’s a bit loud to stay in the room and not notice it. It isn't just the sound of the air whistling; there is a buzzing that reminds me of fridge sounds. If you are sound-sensitive like I am, you might not want to sleep in the same room with it on. SUMMARY For drying clothes without taking up much floor space or requiring daily emptying, this is a great device! But if noise is a priority for you, especially if you plan to be in the same room - it's probably not the quietest one out there.

I own a small 2 up, 2 down mid-Victorian terrace that suffers badly from rising damp. In the past I had used Aero blocks in each room but decided to buy something more effective and without the constant cost of replenishing the blocks. After being somewhat bewildered by the many varieties available I decided to give this one a try and I am very pleased I did. The unit is compact and stylish, with intuitive controls. I run the machine on the night setting every night for 5 hours, setting the timer when I go to bed. The unit is left downstairs in my lounge with all the internal doors left open. By morning the house feels noticeably warmer, dryer and fresher. My smart meter calculates the cost at never more than 30p per night and after 3 nights I need to empty the water reservoir as it is full. The reservoir is easy to remove and replace, though care is required when emptying as it has many different openings on the top which will release water unexpectedly if you don’t take notice. This isn’t a problem though. The machine is fairly quiet but not enough to have it in the room with me while I am sleeping, so for this fact alone I have deducted one star. Every winter I get a light white fluff of mould around the base of every piece of wooden furniture I own, both upstairs as well as down, but after using this machine for a month I have so far had none. I will try to update my review after the winter to see if this continues, but so far I would highly recommend this dehumidifier.

Absolutely smashing dehumdifier! Key points from my review: - energy/cost efficient (I have this on pretty much all day, everyday and barely notice a difference in cost) - Does the job! I have a sensor in the room I use this in and not only does it match (hopefully meaning both are accurate) it shows the results, dropping the humidity massively within an hour of being on. - lightweight (when not full obviously) - Robust - Ive had this for months and as stated in the above have run it all day everyday pretty much anf its still going just as strong as when new! - Good capacity - we have an en suite and this still takes a while to fill up, I wouldn't want a smaller capacity. - This will do a medium to large bedroom with en suite no issues! Cons: - I don't use this overnight and don't think I could, the maximum setting is a noticeable noise, the lowest more of a low hum however still noticeable. Overall I seriously rate this dehumidifier, it's excellent and the proof in the pudding - no more mould!

We've recently moved in to a bungalow which was showing readings in the high 60s to low 70s% on our hygrometer, in several rooms. This machine deals with the issue quickly and very effectively, bringing even the worst offender- the large open-plan kitchen, down to 60% or less in a matter of a few minutes. We also use it when we're ironing in there, and it makes light work of removing the large amount of moisture produced. No more wet windows, and no longer any need to open them when it's freezing cold outside. We find that even when we use the machine solely in the kitchen, it does tend to keep the rest of the bungalow's humidity levels under control, without always having to wheel it around from room to room. It seems to be well-made and at 20 litres, the tank only needs emptying occasionally. How loud is it? Well, it's noisier than a fridge and I wouldn't want it running overnight in the bedroom, but it's fine. In our case, it's done its job in a few minutes anyway. We just set it to 60%- if it's over that the machine will automatically fire-up and bring the figure down, and then switch off once reached. Verdict- Recommended

Really good bit of kit. Works well. Fairly quiet and removes moisture from the house quickly. I use it to dry washing and it does it job perfectly overnight. Doesn't seem to use much electricity either. Definitely recommended.

Didn’t want to write a bad review, as I’ve never done it. Unit was working well, drawing plenty of water in a humid room. Then after approx. 5k on the of use, the unit (no change to environment) froze over. Followed the manufacturers guidance, turned off, defrosted etc. turned back on, never drew water again, appears to have just stopped working, 6months life for what I’d say not a cheap bit of kit. Disappointing.

He estado haciendo muchas comparativas ya que tenemos una habitación y un baño con problemas muy altos de humedad. Marcas en las paredes y mucha sensación de frio en los huesos. Mis hijos vienen a dormir a la habitación y siempre que vienen les entra una tos durante la noche espantosa y que no se les quita. Después de usar este deshumidificador durante 1 semana, puedo decir que en menos de 2 días el cambio fue brutal. Los primeros días lo puse en marcha en modo máximo y veréis en el video la cantidad de agua que saca en menos de 6 horas casi el depósito lleno. Y lo más importante cuando vienen mis hijos ya no les da la tos que les daba antes. El producto cuenta con un display led donde aparte de poder configurar como quieras también puedes ver el % de humedad en que se encuentra la habitación. Tiene un bloqueo para que los niños no puedan tocar los botones, pero si que permite que se apague, aunque este bloqueado. Permite la programación de deshumidificar hasta un cierto % de humedad, esa función va extremadamente bien ya que yo lo pongo a un 50% de humedad y cuando llega disminuye y deja de deshumidificar, a la que sube se vuelve a encender. Tiene otra función para deshumidificar en modo tubo donde llega a un 30% de humedad de forma predeterminada y con el tubo ventilador puesto, y otro modo de deshumidificación constante si se conecta con un tubito a un desagüe o donde se quiera. También tiene la función de secado de ropa. El ruido es muy moderado, no me molesta nada y hasta he dormido con él, es como un ventilador bastante silencioso. La movilidad del aparato es estupenda gracias a sus ruedas, yo lo transporto cada día del baño a la habitación y sin ningún problema ni dificultad. Estoy ENCANTADO con este deshumidificador, ha sido la mejor compra del año.

2ème année d'utilisation intensive (mobilhome l'hiver). Très bien. Un peu de bruit mais supportable. Il absorbe des quantités d'eau impressionnantes, en quelques sortes remplace la VMC dans ma situation et evite les moisissures dans la salle d'eau. Fonction séchage du linge efficace. Petite frayeur car il se mettait en défaut quand je l'ai ressorti, mais j'avais oublié de nettoyer le filtre : une fois fait, reparti nickel. Juste un conseil : j'ai commandé les filtres charbon exprès qui étaient chers, c'est juste un filtre charbon basique. Regardez les avant de commander, n'importe quel filtres découpables pas chers aurait fait le boulot.

very good, the clothes dried in less than a day and when there is no more moisture it stops working on its own....

It does the job well. I can now sleep in peace or leave the house knowing I don’t have to worry about molds growing on my walls again.
