I bought an infrared sauna and wanted to test just how low EMF was emitted when it was turned on. And the manufacturer said it was a low EMF and this meter proved that to be right. My electric baseboard heaters put off more EMF than the infrared sauna did. I tested my microwave and the meter read red lights flashing and alarm going off- from now on I won't stand near the microwave while it's working. Yikes. I think it's a good item and I'm happy to test all sorts of electrical/electronic things. Simple to operate. Comes with the battery already installed. Take it out of the box and start testing. Easy to read.

I edited my review because I was unable to unscrew the battery compartment. The screw is stripped or wedged in. I think a rechargeable version would be better. I have purchased a few EMF detectors and have shared them with members of my family. When I purchased this one, I was surprised the reading in my house was so much higher than previous ones. When my router was not in use, the device recorded a dramatic decline in EMF detection which makes me think it must be accurate. I would have never known EMF was an issue in my home had it not been for this product. Every feature of this device is well thought out and useful.

Is very easy to use. Makes noise as the meter moves. Does go off around electronic devices, so be cautious of where you are using it. Has a strap to go around your wist so as to not drop it. Overall good product would recommend.

I was looking for a replacement for my broken k2 meter, but k2s are expensive and don't last. This is a great replacement meter for measuring emf. I like the totally led screen, it is bright and you can see it in the dark well.

It doesn't stay on, it's always shutting itself off, but it does work very well!

What a wake-up call for me. I had no idea that my body was getting hit EMF from different things in my home. I now try to keep my husband, myself and my dog from getting to close to the microwave when I am using it. I am now using the microwave less and less. My computer was my other problem. I now bought a cover to help out with that. We are talking years of being around things I had no idea I should of been protecting myself from. Thank you for this handy tool. OK, yes, I was like a crazy person when I first got this, I tested everything!!

The emf meter was faulty. I got the digital one thinking it would be the most accurate device and was wrong. The areas of known EMF were all over the place and low, yet the areas where there was next to none or none were maxed out on readings. The devices kept going off where it should not and would not perform like it should when tested in known zones it should. The readings taken moments apart when levels of EMF were stable and known were way off bouncing all over the place. The old handheld one was much better but the Digital version that is supposed to be newer tech and more reliable was completely inaccurate by huge amounts.

Works well. For my purposes though it doesn’t serve me well when it shuts itself off. I need it to remain on. I have measured it against my other more expensive and detailed devices and it was accurate

This is an amazing product. Very accurate and gives an indication milliseconds before my led meter which is also a trusty steed.
