Yes, used at the correct strength of 1.250 over a down of 30mins a few times a day for a few days (if symptoms don't improve after this pls see your exotics vet) you may also want to look into an actual nebuliser and a plastic tub to place the snake in.

can anyone till me if i should diute this with water or saline for rats please

I dilute with water when giving treatment to my rats with a nebuliser. I dont know about diluting with saline. If it is for use with a nebuliser and the animal is to breath in the treatment then I would say no to be on the safe side. If this is of any help to you i was told by a vet to dilute at a ratio of 1:250 which works out at 0.02ml F10 per 5ml of water for use with a nebuliser.
