My doctor suggested these to be seven years ago and I had my first anxiety attack. They are amazing without having any drowsy side effects and safe to take daily if needed. I take one if I’m having an excessively stressful day and I thought that it just levels me out.

We love these lavender pills. They help encourage calm and better sleep for me.

I purchase this product regularly and it is very effective, works as described.

Take it with food. Read that again. Lavela has been very effective for managing anxiety and stress. My best results were when I took 2 daily. I took 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner. If you take it without food, you’re going to have a bad time.

I haven’t had much time with these in my system, but I’m hopeful of what they could offer me. I’ve dealt with terrible anxiety most of my life, but as I’ve entered the perimenopause stage of life, it has been overwhelming and even crippling. I researched supplements to add to my regimen and this kept coming up. The pills are pretty small and easy to swallow and I like the one or two per day dosing. But let me warn you, the lavender burps are real! I took mine with food and about 90 minutes later, I was definitely reminded I’d taken them. I’m hoping I can stay the course on these, but time will tell. If I can get past the lavender burp part, I think the possibility on these is tremendous. I feel more calm and less anxious already. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I’m also to the point to where I need calm. I can get these delivered to my door and don’t have to deal with the sleepiness and pharmacy hassle that prescriptions bring. So far, I’m pleased.

My wife and I both tried this and had high hopes as we struggle with anxiety and insomnia. In a short time we felt a relaxed effect, but then it went downhill from there. She experienced a lot of heartburn/indigestion even though it was taken a short time after eating and with a full glass of water. We both fell asleep ok in less than an hour, but after that were tossing and turning all night and could not stay asleep. It disrupted our sleep more than it helped. I know products can affect everyone differently, but have realistic expectations if you decide to try this. We read many of the recent reviews before purchasing which were encouraging. However, I'm always skeptical when I read some of the reviews that sounded like a commercial ad. Also, those who claimed that this was as effective and could replace a prescription anxiety med like Xanax or other Benzo's was really hard to believe and as we found out, completely false. While that would be fantastic, there's no way this would be so easily available and not be classified as a controlled substance if that were true.

This is extremely effective especially in the evening before bed if you're like me and your brain and body need a little time to wind down and relax in order to fall asleep. I've taken this in the past and remember it helping and decided to try it again. Lastnight I slept better than I have in a long time and on top of that I had been fighting a migraine all day and once this kicked in the migraine was gone. It is totally worth the price, if you can swing it, due to the effectiveness of just one pill and especially due to the fact that peer reviewed studies show it to be as effective is xanax, Valium and prozac for anxiety and without any bad side effects. The only side effect of the lavela is you might burp a lavender taste once or twice soonafter taking it but then it is fine and I'm totally cool with that considering the level of significant negative side effects (including dependency) that can be caused by the prescription options. And I would rather not take sleep medication either. I took this lastnight along with the same company product of "cortisol manager" and I slept through the night without any sleep medication (normally take Ambien but didn't last night). If you are not sure whether or not to get this I strongly encourage you to get it and give it a try. I really have had trouble finding a medicine that truly helps my chronic anxiety and this works wonders in the evening to help wind down and be relaxed before attempting to go to bed. It can be taken in the morning once too and i also have done that without any grogginess. Also if you specifically have insomnia as well from anxiety this combined with Cortisol Manager gave me the best sleep I had in a long time. I don't even remember falling asleep, it was that quick once I got into bed.
